When I came across MuscleNow it was because I had been using supplements in a very dangerous way. In the end I blew out two nerves in my left shoulder rendering it completely useless. I could barely lift my dinner plate. I also damaged nerves in my groin area as well, which caused alot of problems, however i won't go into details about that. But I started your program five months ago and worked very diligentally until now. I ended up gaining about an inch in both arms and an inch in my chest. I was also able to get my washboard abs, and a butt which I was lacking in. I have so many people saying looking buff today bro, have you been lifting, dude you're huge! And to be honest I do not mind hearing it.
I would encourage anyone to try this program. Push yourself and you will see results! My results have been so great I've been accused of taking steroids twice! Long time no talk my friend. I promised you before and afters for the longest time now. So here they are. Been on the program for about a year and a half now or so. But just wanted to tell you that this whole experience has made me want to switch my major into physical therapy or something like that where I can understand how different muscles work etc. You're the man Francesco, thanks for kick starting my lifting and dieting. Staying on my grizzy for summer now. Cut it down in late july look fresh still in august. Then packin on major pounds again in the fall/winter. Keep inspiring Francesco you're a great man.

First I've got to brag about your program. I started it earnest 16 months ago. Since then I have lost 50 pounds (265 down to 215) on my 5'11 1/2" frame. Due to my work and family obligations, I'm on your 3 times per week regimen, lifting Monday and Wednesday nights from about 7PM to 8:30PM typically, and again on Saturdays, either late morning or early afternoon. Your diet and exercise plan has helped me bring my cholesterol numbers that were in the 200's down to 166 at last count, and my body fat % is down from 43% to the low 20's. I'm a walking commercial for your approach.

I've been using your program for nearly one year. I recently turned 50 and hadn't had a physical in 3 yrs so this past Monday I got one. I got my lab reports yesterday. Last exam my total cholesterol was about 210 now it is 148, HDL is 54, LDL is 85, CHOL/HDLC Ratio is 2.74, my total PSA 1.2 and everything else tested just as good. My MD was pleasantly shocked and surprised, needless to say so was I. Your program is not only good for your outside but for your insides too.
I'm in better shape now at 50 than I was 25 years ago and bodybuilding wise have made improvements that I previously thought I was too old to make.
Francesco, I thought I would update you on my recent progress. In 7 months I have lost 42 lbs. So last Friday, I went to a local health club for a fitness analysis. My blood pressure was 100 / 70, resting heart rate was 60 bpm., and my total body fat was 7%. My definition and vascularity are greatly increased ,my abs are now visible and I have separation between my delts and arms. My arms and lower abs look like a road map, and I have a vein about the size of a pencil that runs from my knuckle all the way up to my shoulders. I have surprised everyone and especially myself. I didn't think it was possible but I look and I am more fit at 50 than I was at 20. Your program coupled with a little patience, discipline and consistency works great. I just wanted to say thank you and add to the list of testimonials which enticed me to purchase your program. For anyone out there who is considering buying this program, realize that it doesn't provide just an incredible change in appearance, but positively impacts so many aspects of your life.
To establish my previous situation, I was 280 pounds on a 6 foot frame, not pretty at all. I tried the Atkins diet, which worked, but as Francesco has pointed out in his program, at what cost? Now many accuse the diet of depriving the brain of carbohydrates, the only fuel it seems to use. I definitely felt a mental difference after starting the diet. Anyway, I managed to get to 215 pounds. To those of you who would consider the Atkins diet: The "after" me was merely a smaller version of the "before" me. The fat and muscle ratios in my body stayed about the same, and I simply lost volume. Not only did that happen, but I hit a plateau at 215 and simply could not overcome it though trying for well over 4 months. I had previously purchased Francesco's program, but it had ended up tossed on a shelf with a half dozen other plans because it simply seemed like too much trouble. However after rediscovering it, I decided it was time to give it a shot. I was still too clingy to the Atkins to embrace new dieting concepts, but I decided to do the aerobics and lifting programs.
Although I achieved fat loss by following a high protein/low carbohydrate diet, I suffered a loss in muscle mass. Once I added Francesco's outlined diet to the program, I put a whole quarter inch on both biceps in one week. Though measurements in the chest and legs have decreased significantly from where I started, this has been a result of fat loss as I have made incredible gains in strength in both squats and bench press. I can definitely say I feel more solid after eating the right ratios of protein and carbs. On top of all of that, I've started to gain that v-shaped torso as well as having my abs poke through. I've made it through another six week cycle and it feels great. My strength is still increasing while I'm dropping useless pounds of fat! Not only have I gotten stronger, but I've gotten faster too. I ran a four mile cross country course this past weekend, and I have shaved a whole fifteen minutes from my time...and that's just in a little over four months! On top of all of that, I'm still losing about 1/4 inch off of my waist every week and becoming consistently leaner by the day. Also, I have been taking my resting heart rate (not the "true" resting heart rate-when I wake up, but rather just at random points in the day) and it ranges from 40 to 45 beats per minute. I'm not sure how good this is overall, but compared to 68 or so four months ago when I started your program, it was quite an accomplishment.

First of all, thanks again for providing this wonderful program. I love it and I have made great progress. My weight has dropped from 208 to 175 in just over 12 weeks. My waist size from 39 inches to 33.5 inches. I've been following the fat loss phase, of course, and though I haven't gain inches in my muscles yet, I've certainly get strength and I'm getting some nice definitions in my arms and shoulders. I've set some ambitious yet attainable goals for myself. One being reduce body fat percentage to 8%. Based on my height (6'2") current weight and waist size and by looking in the mirror, I thought I had about 12-13 pounds of fat to go.

I started using the MuscleNOW program on my 42nd birthday. I had no problem adhering to the program so I've been sticking to it with gusto. Frankly, MuscleNOW has turned out to be the best bodybuilding program I have ever used. Firstly, my physique has never come close to showing such impressive development at any time in my life, and I am much stronger than I have ever been before. In addition, I don't just look impressive, I am in much better physical condition (aerobic as well as anaerobic) than most of the people I know that are only half my age. As you may recall, I am a diabetic. The results of my yearly physical came in just prior to my 44th birthday. Guess what's happened after my using MuscleNOW for only 2 years? Now that the holidays are over and a new year is beginning it is time for me to reflect on this past year. I have a lot to be thankful for and two of them are you and your program.
As you know, I had my doubts about starting your program. Not that I doubted you, but I was nervous as I had tried so many other "regimens" and almost always became ill shortly after beginning. As you know, I have had Crohn's Disease for over 20 years and numerous operations that sometimes go along with the disease. Last year, as a consequence, I underwent surgery to have an ileostomy. At one point I was down to 100 pounds, small even for me who usually weighed around 110. I did gain the 10 pounds back but was told that I would never gain any more than a few pounds, if that, and I should be "satisfied with what I have." Well, I was grateful but after rereading your information about the course and you being good enough to answer my questions and concerns, I was convinced I could do better by following your course. And I have.
I have been on your program for about six months. Your program suggests that it will take be longer at 42 years of age to accomplish what someone half my age would do. In addition it has taken me even longer due to my illness and corresponding adaptations however I am pleased to report an 11% gain in weight while my waist has decreased 6% in "girth." My chest has gained 3 inches and my arms 2 1/2 inches. My wife says the "chicken legs" are on the way out. Granted I have a very long way to go and I did miss a month due to a shoulder injury caused by my over enthusiasm and a couple of weeks due to some very small flare-ups of the disease, but I'm seeing the progress I've made in everyday life. Whether it be carrying packages, moving furniture, shoveling the driveway, I'm doing all of it with increased strength and stamina. It's a feeling I haven't experienced since I can't remember when. It feels great!
Most of all I'm grateful because I believe this course, with all of its demands for the betterment of ourselves, has kept me out of the hospital for the first calendar year out of the last six! Now, if that's not getting your money's worth, I don't know what is. At the rate of hospitalization, who knows what you saved me!
I would like to take this time to write that if there are others reading this who have a disease or condition where they have been told to "just be satisfied with what you have" and don't feel like there's much hope to get yourself into good or at least better shape, PLEASE give this program a chance. You might remember me ordering your program after talking to you through e-mail for a while. Well I have not even began on the FULL course yet, just keeping the concepts in mind when eating and excercising. So far Ive lost 20lbs of fat, lowered BOTH numbers on my blood pressure TWENTY POINTS (it was 145/98 now its 128/77), I also increased my pull-ups from ZERO to FIFTEEN (this just blew me away)! Before buying the program I weighed 210lbs, now I am down to 190lbs, because of this I have decided to join the school wrestling team. I'm in my 6th week of my first cycle. I'm very impressed with the results. Even though I haven't followed your diet plan exactly, I have used it as a guide. I'm starting to see allot more muscle, I am slowly melting away the love handles while gaining muscle.
Also I have had back problems for years, but my back has never felt better. I used to live off ibuprofen and now I hardly ever need it because sciatic pain has greatly decreased. I take my BP all the time on real, calibrated BP machines at my hospital. I KNOW what my BP norms are. I have seen it rise since getting out of the military as I've gotten more and more lazy. In 6 weeks of doing your program, the drops are just unreal.
I want you to know why I chose your program over the hundreds of others out there. One, you weren't afraid to mention Christ. That speaks volumes. Two, you cut through all the marketing ploys and simply told the truth. As a nurse, I know how the body works. I know how muscles grow. I know that you are telling the truth. I know that supplements, and even vitamins for the most part, are useless, with few exceptions...calcium and potassium being very important. The fact that you recommend NOT using supplements separates you from the competition. Three, in your picture, you aren't shaved. Now, I don't have anything against bodybuilders who shave..to each his own and all that, especially if you're competing. However, I remember saying to my wife, "Look, this guy doesn't shave! He actually has hair on his arms and chest. He's being realistic. He doesn't have oil all over his body either!" And finally, you don't have 35 photos of yourself plastered all over the website. Great news! I went to get a physical the 1st week of October before I began the routine. At that time, I was 221 lbs and my diastolic blood pressure was 105 which they said was high and wanted me to schedule a 2 month follow up. I went in yesterday afternoon, and my weight is down to 213, and my diastolic blood pressure dropped to 84. My doctor told me I was the 3rd patient he saw yesterday as a follow up for high blood pressure, but I was the only one who didn't need a prescription for high blood pressure medicine! He said my cholesterol levels, blood pressure, and weight were all down. Just to be safe, he set me up for a 6 month follow up which is next week. I'll let you know how it goes.

On my wife's and I one year anniversary, I got an anniversary ring which was too small. Instead of resizing it, I dieted for what seemed like ever until it fit. Now, in just the couple months I've been following your guide, I have to get both my wedding ring and my anniversary ring resized down a size! My doctor's appointment went great! He's very impressed by the weight I've lost. He says I'm much healthier, as my blood pressure is down to 110 over 80. I failed to ask him what it was before, but I know it must have been high as he was contemplating prescribing me medicine for high blood pressure. I went to the doctor in October weighing in at 221. 3 months later, I had dropped to 206. This time I weighed in at 184, and I'm now on a building phase as I hit my 175 goal weight! So in the last 6 months, I lost 31 lbs of fat, increased my calories, and gained an additional 9 lbs. I love this program! Thank you very much. I just ordered yesterday for my wife. She sees what the MuscleNOW program has done for me, and she wanted something for herself. I'm sure she'll enjoy it immensely. My brother in law is down from Washington. I was a three-sport athlete on my way to a Division one school until I blew out my knee in the summer of my senior year, which resulted in seven knee surgeries, including Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) and Lateral Meniscus reconstruction, infections, two torn tendons and right femoral nerve damage. My most recent surgery just occurred last month, for reconstruction of my Left Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) and I am still on Fatvanish keeping the weight off. I'm Linda Lenau. I've been on fatvanish for about 3.5 months now and havn't let you know how I'm progressing. I have lost 16 lbs. I have been measuring for years many parts of my body so I just kept on even though you say only waist and calipher. My waist is the last part to lose on my body so I'm glad that I saw improvements elsewhere on my body. Most of it came off on my neck and back. People noticed soon because my face also was thinner.
I noticed that the weight isn't important (havn't dropped a size yet either because of big waist measurement) but my clothes fit different. Almost at the place now where my body doesn't have much choice now but to take it off my waist! Yea! That means lower size also. I have had 6 children and have had a big stomach and waist with appearance of cottage cheese. Have tried repeatedly through spot training to get rid of it. Have also had trouble with low blood sugar and was aware of insulin control - your method helped my to fine-tune that. My stomach is looking more firm and feels less jiggly.(first time in many years) I have told many people about this. I think most aren't willing to try this hard. I think I was ready for I have tried through diets without exercise for years. I'm 55 yrs old now and it was becoming a losing battle as metabolism was slowing worse. I have been to the doctor's since your program and had full blood work, and total cholesterol was like 217 last year but I had a good ratio of low to high. This year, my total cholesterol was 167 and the ratio was even better.
I lost 4.5 inches in my waist but still need to lose another 3 inches.
Will update again when I have acheived all my goals.

I recently went for a glucose tolerance test and passed with very good numbers. The fasting glucose before ingesting the sugar drink was down to 103 this time. I have to assume that the 127 reading 2 months ago was somehow flawed and my actual glucose level dropped from it's usual 110 - 112 to 103 which is what I expected with the diet, exercise and resulting weight loss.
From the first of the year up until the first week of May I was following the Fat Vanish #6 diet, doing aerobics 5-7x/wk and doing biceps,triceps,chest press, chest flies and stomach crunches 2x/wk. This resulted in a 28-29 lb loss and about 5" in the waist. We did a lot of vacationing in May. While on vacation I didn't exercise at all, ate whatever I wanted, and drank much more alcohol than usual. In between trips I would get back to the diet and just now am getting back to exercising. I'm surprised but elated to say that even though I gained a pound or two here and there, they came right off once I got back on the diet/exercise routine. This is a true testament to your methods.
I've been traveling a lot this summer so it's been tough to stay on a good weight lifting schedule but I have managed to keep off 95% of the weight I lost early in the year just by doing aerobics 2 -3 times a week and eating as close to the diet as possible while still enjoying an unlimited diet on our trips. Any weight that comes back during our vacations is lost again as soon as I get back to normal (your diet is now normal for me) eating.

I started your program about a month ago, and have achieved results I never thought possible in that amount of time! I never knew i could eat so much and lose weight. But after reading the part of your program about how the body goes into starvation mode, it all makes sense now. So far I have only followed the diet portion, but now I am ready to start a workout.
Let me start by saying your program has helped me greatly. So far I have lost 30 pounds, without taking a single pill, or drinking a single shake. I've been eating real food, and now I see that this is possible without supplements.

I meant to write a while ago, but have not been able to. I wanted to let you know that your program is helpful far beyond the realm of fat loss. For years I was a smoker. I know, the worst thing anyone could ever do. When I started your program, I smoked, but because of the words you wrote in your program, I was able to quit. Particularly the phrase 'exercising the virtue of patience-it's a virtual key to success'. For the past 6 months I have been smoke free, and again, without the use of any supplement. All by myself. The right inspiration is the most powerful tool.
Unfortunately recent family matters have occupied so much of my time that I was unable to follow the program. (illnesses, deaths, other matters of emotional distress),. But today I am jumping back on board to continue my success. while off the program I noticed a gain in fat, and I will not settle for this! For so many years my friends were cigarettes, beer, and whiskey. Now my friends are chicken, fish, oranges and oatmeal.
One last thing. I found a way to not only incorporate cardio into my day, but also brighten my day. I got a dog. Every day we jog for 30 minutes, and on weekends we run around the park for an hour or so. This is such a great form of exercise. Plus, it's been said pets tend to put people in more positive moods, therefore making it easier to achieve their goals. I've noticed an incredible difference.

By the way Francesco - before you add my comments to your site, you may want to add that, as well as losing 56lbs so far - I’ve also lost 9 inches around my waist!!!!!!! - People seem to always say "wow" to that stat hehehe :) Here in the UK, you tell them "i’ve lost 4 stone" and they say "oh very good" then you say "and 9 inches around my waist" and they all go "wow" hehehe!
Just to let you know that I had my heart health assessed today by the doctor and in the 7 months I have been on the Fat Vanish plan, my resting heart rate has now dropped an amazing 21 beats per minute (74 bpm to 53 bpm)!!!!!
Now, If God determines that you are only getting so many heartbeats in your lifetime - then i’ve just extended my life by years!!!!!! - How can you put a price on that?
