I'm a HARDGAINER, and Muscle Building Seems Impossible! Can I Gain Muscle Mass With MuscleNOW?

Let me give you the correct definition of a hardgainer -- "one who is following flawed and ineffective weight training workout and bodybuilding diet techniques." Therefore, how can anyone possibly classify themselves as a hardgainer when not having yet implemented an effective bodybuilding program?
I receive countless emails asking me questions such as "will your MuscleNOW bodybuilding program work for somebody who's tried it all," or "is this course for me, I've tried everything and cannot gain muscle mass," or "I am a hardgainer, and muscle building seems impossible, so will your program help me achieve results?" The answer to all of these questions is YES! The only exception is if you have a severe physical ailment that completely prevents exercise (you may email me and I'll determine whether such a condition is an obstacle to success), or don't have access to a basic workout bench and free weights (this is the minimum setup necessary to gain muscle mass). Otherwise, yes! Regardless of how many times you've failed in building muscle mass in the past, or how long you've been trying to gain muscle and suffered setbacks, or how fast your metabolism may be, MuscleNOW WILL help you to achieve significant muscle mass gains, naturally, without supplements or steroids.

The reason for your past failures has been improper weight training workout and bodybuilding diet techniques, and NOT a missing bodybuilding supplement. The success equation, which you must always remember, is "A proper weight training workout + an effective bodybuilding diet = dramatic muscle growth!" Please don't believe that you are "genetically predisposed to fail at gaining muscle mass" (otherwise known as a "hardgainer"), because this is simply not the case, regardless of how long or often you've failed at building muscle mass in past efforts. In my own personal case, there is no way (other than by gaining fat) that I could have weighed more than 140 pounds had I not followed correct weight training and bodybuilding diet principles (I started weighing only 130 pounds at nearly 6'3"). I am now over 60 pounds heavier, and appear more muscularly defined in all areas than I did at a skinny 130!

People laughed at me when I wore a Gold's Gym shirt to school at the age of 15 (many thanks to the person who gave me that as a gift!), since I only weighed a scant 130 pounds, and obviously had never seen the inside of a Gold's Gym in person (which is the case even to this day since I train at home!). Do you think any of my high school peers thought I had a chance to gain over 60 pounds of muscle mass without the use of steroids? Of course not. I didn't allow their hurtful "have you been to Gold's Gym; doesn't look it" comments discourage me from making a serious change in my life, and instead set out to prove that muscle building is a realistic achievement. I have now produced gains in muscle mass that have others wanting to walk in my footsteps, and you should similarly treat any doubters with action, not retraction, by proving to them and yourself that dramatic physical improvement results from a potent weight training workout and bodybuilding diet plan, as opposed to worthless muscle building supplements

I have complete confidence that everybody who follows all aspects of my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program will achieve dramatic, consistent muscle mass improvements, without using bodybuilding supplements or steroids.
