Can I Use Protein Powder As Part Of
My Muscle Building Diet Plan?

Yes, you may, but for convenience only! Contrary to what bodybuilding supplement providers will have you believe, attaching the word "whey" to protein does not create a biologically enhanced version of what we can easily obtain through supermarket food, but if you are in need of portability, you may certainly choose to implement a protein powder, although I recommend avoiding whey protein (due to MSG, a byproduct of whey protein powders that may be unhealthy to consume; MSG does not need to be listed on the ingredient label to become part of the product). You also should avoid any protein powder that contains artificial sweeteners (such as aspartame, sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, etc, which you will find in the ingredient label); since most do, I will provide you with my specific recommendation for brands of egg protein powders that are free from such potentially harmful additives and artificial sweeteners, providing you with a convenient muscle building protein source that is completely healthy and safe to consume. But remember, there is no biological advantage to using any kind of protein powder, as their sole legitimacy is to provide ease of consumption, and they are not a source of superior nutrients, therefore supermarket food is just as effective. If you need convenience and portability, I will provide you with an egg protein powder recommendation that I personally use as part of my diet during times when I either am rushed for time, need portability, or would rather drink my muscle building calories instead of consuming solid food.

Egg protein powder is the safest to gain muscle mass naturally

All bodybuilders are well aware of the need for protein in the diet (this is a well known fact), and bodybuilding supplement companies have constructed clever advertising capitalizing on this truth by suggesting that their protein powder versions are superior for building muscle mass, even when compared to solid foods, when they in fact are not. Please ignore all of the bodybuilding supplement advertising that claims you need to consume one type of protein powder for certain meals to control the speed of digestion, and a faster acting brand after weight lifting workouts, etc, as these are bodybuilding supplement advertising gimmicks used to create a perceived need for overpriced protein powder products that may actually contain ingredients that are harmful to health, and these protein powders do not provide any benefit whatsoever beyond what you will find in either supermarket food, or my recommended additive-free egg protein powder.

Remember, I will provide you with my specific egg protein powder brand recommendation so that you can achieve convenience without purchasing overpriced, additive laden protein powders sold on the Internet and in bodybuilding supplement stores, and keep in mind that your local supermarket has plenty of food to choose from which is just as potent as any available protein powder. Yes, you can build muscle mass without ever touching a protein powder, so don't believe the bodybuilding supplement advertising that claim otherwise!
