Is The Muscle Building Diet
Difficult To Follow?
As most unfortunately do not yet realize, improper diet is one of the main reasons why so many fail in their pursuit at gaining muscle mass naturally, so eating correctly is of paramount importance. Because diet is so crucial to achieving progress, my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program provides a diet plan that is not only easy to follow, but extremely flexible in terms of food choices, with rice, pasta, lean meat, fish, dairy products, potatoes, vegetables, bread, fruits, nuts, hemp seeds, and olive oil being just a few of the many foods you can choose from (the list is virtually endless); any healthy food item is valid, and you need not purchase any special or expensive foods to gain muscle mass with MuscleNOW. Sound sensible?

My muscle building diet is not difficult to follow, and you may consume just about any food item (except, of course, for traditional "junk" which should be reserved for occasional splurges), and I cover how to properly utilize foods for maximum muscle building results i.e., meal timing and frequency of consumption, proper combination of carbohydrates, protein and fat, etc. If you correctly combine foods, the body will use the nutrients to not only increase muscle mass, but also greatly enhance metabolism, thus helping you to control and burn excess body fat. Also, caloric cycling (eating different food quantities on certain days) is a concept vital to maintaining a low body fat level, and helps to boost muscle building potential. Proper caloric division (how much food to eat at each meal) is another very important strategy that ensures consistent muscle mass improvements; these are just a few of the techniques I cover in great detail within my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program, and when you utilize these methods together, you will naturally build muscle mass faster than you ever thought possible.

But, to answer the question, my diet recommendations are not difficult to follow, and I in fact have tailored the MuscleNOW eating strategy over the years so that the system is easy enough for an elementary school student to understand and implement.
