YES! Whether you're a newcomer to weight training and bodybuilding or have been working out for 10+ years, I have received emails from all experience levels indicating tremendous success while using my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program. As you'll learn through reading the course, advanced bodybuilders mistakenly add volume while sacrificing intensity, and this is one main reason why many reach a plateau before they achieve their natural muscle building genetic potential. If you have already gained a large amount of muscle mass (40 pounds or more), you may not be able to double your results, as there is a genetic limit for each individual (which, for most, is within a range of 30-60 pounds over their untrained, natural body weight), yet most who pursue bodybuilding never reach their maximum potential due to improper techniques, and as I mentioned, advanced bodybuilders are producing gains with MuscleNOW (after years of lackluster progress). Although some who are reading this may find it difficult to gain more than 10-20 pounds of new muscle beyond their untrained body weight, if you find yourself in this category, don't necessarily believe that this is your limit, as correcting flaws in your current bodybuilding diet and/or weight training routine may allow you to double or even triple your muscle mass gains. Remember, the reason for lack of results is an ineffective bodybuilding diet and weight training plan, with very few actually maximizing muscle mass gains due to bodybuilding misconceptions that have been mistakenly accepted as fact.
