Beginning & Advanced Bodybuilders?
YES! Whether you're a newcomer to weight training and bodybuilding or have been working out for 10+ years, I have received emails from all experience levels indicating tremendous success while using my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program. If you have already gained a large amount of muscle mass (40 pounds or more), you may not be able to double your results, as there is a genetic limit for each individual (which, for most, is within a range of 30-60 pounds over their untrained, natural body weight), yet most who pursue bodybuilding never reach their maximum potential due to improper techniques, and as I mentioned, advanced bodybuilders are producing gains with MuscleNOW (after years of lackluster progress). Will I Need To Lift Weights?
In order to build muscle mass with MuscleNOW, I include 3, 4, and 5 day workout programs, allowing you to choose based upon your schedule. Those who have 5 days per week to train can follow one workout plan, while others who are very busy and can only muster 3 days per week may embrace the condensed weight lifting routine (which will still provide excellent results). You choose the workout schedule that best fits your daily agenda, as I've made sure to provide sufficient flexibility for any lifestyle. The length of each weight lifting workout session with MuscleNOW depends on which week of the cycle you follow, and can range from 30-45 minutes for the lower set weeks, and 75-100 minutes for the higher set weeks, although I am able to make changes to my workout recommendations via email for anyone who needs a customized routine for their specific schedule, as MuscleNOW includes Lifetime Email Personal Training, where I will be here to ensure that all aspects of my system fit your specific goals and limitations.
If you are pursuing Fat Vanish (with a primary goal of body fat reduction) and do not wish to build muscle mass, then you may avoid weight training completely, or I also offer a condensed "toning" workout that will take approximately 20-30 minutes, two days per week if you wish to firm your body while devoting only a very small amount of time to exercise (such a workout does not require weight training equipment).

How Fast Will I Gain Muscle Mass?

Difficult To Follow?
As most unfortunately do not yet realize, improper diet is one of the main reasons why so many fail in their pursuit at gaining muscle mass naturally, so eating correctly is of paramount importance. Because diet is so crucial to achieving progress, my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program provides a diet plan that is not only easy to follow, but extremely flexible in terms of food choices, with rice, pasta, lean meat, fish, dairy products, potatoes, vegetables, bread, fruits, nuts, hemp seeds, and olive oil being just a few of the many foods you can choose from (the list is virtually endless); any healthy food item is valid, and you need not purchase any special or expensive foods to gain muscle mass with MuscleNOW. I'm a HARDGAINER, and Muscle Building Seems Impossible! Can I Gain Muscle Mass With MuscleNOW?

Let me give you the correct definition of a hardgainer -- "one who is following flawed and ineffective weight training workout and bodybuilding diet techniques." Therefore, how can anyone possibly classify themselves as a hardgainer when not having yet implemented an effective bodybuilding program?
I receive countless emails asking me questions such as "will your MuscleNOW bodybuilding program work for somebody who's tried it all," or "is this course for me, I've tried everything and cannot gain muscle mass," or "I am a hardgainer, and muscle building seems impossible, so will your program help me achieve results?" The answer to all of these questions is YES! The only exception is if you have a severe physical ailment that completely prevents exercise (you may email me and I'll determine whether such a condition is an obstacle to success), or don't have access to a basic workout bench and free weights (this is the minimum setup necessary to gain muscle mass). Otherwise, yes! Regardless of how many times you've failed in building muscle mass in the past, or how long you've been trying to gain muscle and suffered setbacks, or how fast your metabolism may be, MuscleNOW WILL help you to achieve significant muscle mass gains, naturally, without supplements or steroids.

The reason for your past failures has been improper weight training workout and bodybuilding diet techniques, and NOT a missing bodybuilding supplement. What Weight Lifting Equipment Is Required
To Gain Muscle Mass?
If you wish to gain muscle mass using the MuscleNOW bodybuilding program, a workout bench, barbell, 2 dumbbell handles (that allow you to add and subtract weight plates in order to manipulate resistance), and free weight plates comprise the minimum required weight lifting setup. A Power Rack or Smith Machine is beneficial (enhances muscle building by allowing you to take exercises to failure safely) as is a lat pulldown machine (to facilitate training the back and triceps), but these pieces of weight lifting equipment are not required to build muscle mass (although they will improve progress).
I started my own personal weight lifting pursuits weighing only 130 lbs, and at the time only owned an old workout bench, barbell, two dumbbell handles, and plastic coated free weight plates, all of which my father had used many years prior, so I was able to begin achieving results without owning any fancy or expensive weight lifting equipment. Therefore, if you wish to gain muscle mass, and have a small budget for weight lifting equipment or do not belong to a gym, then please email me, as I will provide you with specific brands of weight lifting equipment to purchase so you can gain impressive levels of muscle mass with only a very small investment.
I Don't Want To Become A Bodybuilder!
What If I Only Wish To Gain Small Amounts
Of Muscle Mass?
You control how much muscle mass is gained with MuscleNOW, so you can add as little muscle as you wish (or none at all), and the only limit to how much muscle mass you can build is genetics. What If I Want Muscle Definition (Cuts)
Without Big Muscles?
Definition and "cuts" simply mean reducing body fat to very low levels, and you will receive my Fat Vanish methods to learn exactly how to burn fat naturally. My program is flexible enough so that you control the level of muscle gained, and can even decide not to build muscle mass, avoiding weight lifting altogether, as Fat Vanish is perfect for fat loss regardless of whether or not you also wish to add muscle. Am I Too Young or Old To
Gain Muscle Mass?
A person of any age can follow my Fat Vanish techniques for fat loss, and anybody who is 15 or over can follow the MuscleNOW bodybuilding program (I include special weight lifting workout plan modifications with MuscleNOW for those between the ages of 15 and 18 so that they can reduce the risk of any impact on future height, as some believe that certain weight lifting exercises can stunt the growth of those who are under 18). I do not recommend intense weight lifting for those under 15 years of age, as this can disrupt normal bone development.
Older lifters should have complete confidence in their ability to gain muscle mass, and in fact, if you visit my testimonial page, you will see pictures of a 50 and 42 year old who produced excellent results with my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program, and you will also find testimonials from those in their 60s, so do not allow age to deter your muscle building quest!.
I recommend that those of all ages (but especially any individual over the age of 40 or under 18) who are planning to follow the MuscleNOW or Massive Strength portions of my program (both of which require weight lifting) to have a complete physical exam, receiving doctor's permission to begin weight lifting. If all is well, then you may proceed with MuscleNOW or Massive Strength, while Fat Vanish is appropriate for a man or woman of any age who wishes to burn fat, although I also strongly recommend seeking a complete physical exam if you are in need of weight loss, asking specifically for a thyroid test, as those who suffer from an underactive thyroid will benefit from treatment to bring this hormone back into a normal range, which will greatly improve the rate of fat loss.

Although a 50 year old won't gain muscle mass or strength as quickly as a 20 year old, and may not be able to build as much overall muscle mass, the results can remain dramatic.
