Despite starting a fasting period that lasts one month, I have made impressive results. All thanks to your advise of throwing away all those worthless supplements. I used to spend money and time on those supplements that have distracted me from focusing on my workout. My focus was on what supplements work, what's new and have I taken enough. Now, I feel pure and clean internally.

I can sleep better now, no more joint pain and my strength has increased. The good news is that for the first time in my life (3 years training) I managed to increase all my max weights. I never thought I can reach the 300 lb in squats. I've been on the same bench press max for a year now.
