I started week five of your workout plan today. I have increased in size about 1 inch on every major muscle group. My biceps went from 13 inches to 14 inches, chest 41 inches to 42 inches, thighs 2 inches gained, waist has stayed at 33 inches, and most amazing thing is that my curl has gone from 50lbs to 95lbs! in 4 weeks!
