Hey Francesco!
It is good to finally be writing you. I have been on your program for one week now using the 4 day training plan. I must say I have a big boost in energy and I can even see some changes throughout my body (from only the first week!). I bought your program over a year ago and did not see the results I wanted. Its then when I re-read your program I found out that my body wasn't receiving enough calories to supply its needs! But now I am on high calories and can see where I have failed before. I have also seen an increase in my strength too!
Before
- Leg Press: 180 lbs
- Lat Pulldown: 140 x 8
- Deadlift: 185 lbs
One Week
- Leg Press: 200 lbs
- Lat Pulldown: 140 x 10
- Deadlift: 195 lbs
This may not seem like much but for the first week it is amazing!
