Just an update with what I'm doing I have been very impressed with my results. I started 10 months ago and WOW. My physical appearance is a lot better and my strength is unbelievable and everyone asks me what I do. Ten months ago I benched 225, and squatted 315. Six months later when we maxed I did 285 on bench, and 525 on Squats. I got put in the 900lb club and that was something I thought I could never do. I hope to continue on the program and stay as strict to the program as possible and get SCARY BIG! I would have to say this is the best money I have ever spent.
