Part of the reason that I have had so much success with your diet and training program is because it is very black and white, and combined with your e-mail service, it takes all of the guesswork out of diet and exercise. I have been on programs before that required me to make educated guesses and use various forms of rationale in which I had no idea of how accurate some of my choices were regarding training and diet. These types of systems have not been very effective for me because I never knew if I was on the right track. Concerns and doubts soon follow when you start thinking that perhaps your lack of results is due to misinformation or a poor interpretation of information. I should not have to spend time interpreting and making educated guesses about what was meant in various training and diet literature. Fortunately, I stumbled across your web-site, and I have found your program and invaluable e-mail service to be a blueprint for success, not merely thought provoking suggestions like you find in other training and diet literature. Based on your program, I now know how much and how often to eat, as well as the proper ratios of protein to carbs to consume at each meal. I know when to consume simple vs. complex carbs, and I also know exactly how many grams of protein and carbs to consume with each meal.
Your training program is also very straight forward, easy to understand and implement. What I am trying to say is that I attribute my success thus far to your blueprint manual on how to build a better body. I do not have to think, I just follow instructions and I know that I will achieve success. This is extremely motivating as well because in the past I have justified cheating on my diet and missing workouts by telling myself quote "I dont even know if I am implementing this program correctly, I am making all kinds of guesses and I feel that I am getting nowhere. I will start fresh next week with a different program, but for now, I might as well enjoy myself before I start fresh." Pizza Hut here I come. Most of the time it is cognitions like this that start binges. With your program, these kinds of thoughts and cognitions are not an issue, because I know exactly what I am doing, and where it is taking me.
On week 4 of the Musclenow program, I am very pleased to report that I have lost a considerable amount of body fat. I also wanted to say that it is amazing how much food I consume on the weekends yet do not add any body fat with the calorie increase, and when I reduce calories back to weekday levels and resume my training program on Monday, it is almost miraculous to watch the rapid reduction in body fat during the first 3 days.
