I want to share some progress with you: I took 3/4 inch off my waist in the last two weeks, and 3/4 inch the two weeks before that -- 1 1/2 inches off my waist in four weeks! I'm also lifting poundages I've never lifted before. I get really psyched up for my workouts. Since the start of your program my lifting has increased by 45 lbs. in the squat, 20 lbs. in the flat bench press, 25 lbs. in the leg curl, 25 lbs. in the lat pull down, 30 lbs. in the seated row, 30 lbs. in the triceps extension, 30 lbs. in the forearm curl, 35 lbs. in the shrugs.
