Well today ends week 4 of being on the fat loss phase and I have lost 15 pounds following the program to a tee, just wanted to update you on my progress thus far. I am sure I have gained muscle mass these past four weeks 15 pounds and 3.5 inches off my waist. Talk to you soon.

I am sending you an update on what I consider progress. I just started week 12 I have gone from weighing 285 pounds to 252 so that’s a great accomplishment, I now am leg pressing 900 curling 95 low row and lat pull down about 175 to 180 this is amazing since I never really lifted anything before the program except a fork or slice of pizza, you are more than welcome to use this for others to read, anybody reading this that may be skeptical I was to but I figured I had chased every other scheme that came my way and to my surprise I finally found something that really works with time and dedication you really can change the way you look and feel great about yourself, before I forget I have lost 7 inches on my waist.
