I also want to note that these numbers do not fully do justice to my progress because I spent about 4 months on muscle building where I neglected my cardio (I now realize that was a huge mistake) and increased my caloric intake much too fast which put my measurements back where I had started after I had dropped 25lbs and lost 5 inches on my waist.
