219 to 205 in 14 days. You know where they pull blood out of your arm. Well, if I rub real gently on my right bicep, about 2 inches above the elbow crease, I can feel a vein starting to stand out and if you get the light just right you can "almost" see it. I've never had that before. I am really happy about this small detail!
