Hey Francesco, its Chris from Jersey. I hope all is well with you. I just wanted you to know that I finally did that Bodybuilding show that I was telling you about. It's funny...you don't realize how much blood, sweat, and tears go into contest prep until you actually compete in a show. I placed 4th in my weight class, and had a blast. I'm definitely going to do it again.

As for an update on the rest of my life...I managed to get my Associates Degree in Television Production, and I have recently been offered a Full-time position working for a television and feature film post production facility in Midtown Manhattan (NYC). I owe my dedication to reaching goals in my life to the simple principles I learned from Bodybuilding. And I owe my interest in Bodybuilding to you and your program.

How’s it going? I'm doing well myself. I just wanted to give you a shout and an update on what’s been going on with me. I decided a few months back to do another show, so I dieted and trained for 12 weeks, and dropped about 40 lbs. I Started at 215, and weighed in on contest date at 174.5 (just made middle weight!) I placed 5th of 7 competitors in my weight class (although I feel like I should have placed higher.) But I was happy with how I looked, because I know that I did all I could to reach that condition. I didn't cheat on my diet once, and didn't miss a workout. To me, if you do that, the rest is out of you hands.

I'll have you know that I still get emails from potential clients of yours asking what I think about your program. And I always speak very highly of it seeing how I owe my personal bodybuilding success to you and your program, and I also know that the bodybuilding mentality that was sparked from reading MuscleNow contributed to my personal success in life!

Hey Francesco,

Just another update from New Jersey. The pre pics were taken about 7 months after my knee reconstruction surgery, and the post pics were taken after a 6 week period. Just about a year ago, (3 weeks after my last competition) I blew out my knee, and needed reconstructive surgery. Although I went to the gym after surgery, I could not put up the weight numbers that I used to, and put on a few lbs. do to the lack of mobility, etc. I decided to get in shape again, and using the MuscleNOW workout, and food list from the program i transformed my body in 6 short weeks. I did not however follow the diet plan exactly. I modified it as I saw fit, and listened to my body. And cardio was not on a set schedule either. I just did it a few times per week. Other than that I think the program speaks for itself.

I want to say thanks for the MuscleNow program. This is actually my second time around with MuscleNow. As you can see in the first picture I had let myself go. I am 5’6” and at the time I was 240lbs with a 46” waist. I actually thought that I “wore” the weight well (self denial). At this particular time I was taking Muscle Milk (banana flavor) and thought that I was muscular (aka power lifter). I often found it hard to find clothes (at 46” waist with a 30” inseam). My ankles were always stiff and sore. I couldn’t walk a city block to save my life. I purchased the FatVanish for my fiancée (whom has also gotten great results) and decided to start back on the MuscleNow track. I will admit that it wasn’t easy. If weight loss was easy everyone would be skinny. You have to go 100% in the gym. You have to buy into the MuscleNow program 100% also. If you give the MuscleNow program anything less you will not see astonishing results. I want to thank my brother Phil (uses MuscleNow also) whom I talked to before starting (for inspiration) because I felt I was too far gone (aka FAT).

I feel great. I walk around with my head up. My confidence is through the roof. I’ve been able to shop in the “normal” sections of department stores vice Big and Tall shops. I still have a couple of Fat loss and Muscle Building phases to go. From there I will enter the maintenance phase (more pictures to follow). After several years of enjoying the wonderful gain I had made in my physical health and in particular, the loss of all that weight and the great gains I had made on the MuscleNow program. A couple of years ago I had a pretty serious health problem that required some pretty strong medications that really depleted my body in some very unpleasant ways. Until just before my 50th birthday, I probably would’ve been voted the guy least likely to ever set foot in a gym. Lifting, grunting, sweating--- no thanks, not for me.

I thought I would keep you informed of my progress with your program and please feel free to use anything I say or any ideas that I express as an endorsement of your program.

Using weights to manipulate weight up or down or to tone up has been known for a long time by an elite few it seems. Bruce Randall, former Mr. Universe in the 60's used it to bulk up to 450 lbs to set weight lifting records in the US and then used weight training to turn himself around and into a Mr. Universe quite like yourself. Of course he didn't explain exactly how he did it and I didn't put it all together until 30 years later as I read the doctor's article and stumbled on your course by accident looking for his article as it disappeared off the Microsoft web-site within an hour of my seeing it. Talk about destiny, if I hadn't seen it in that short time-frame I would never have accidentally seen your course.

What I didn't tell you from below, is that I'm 49 and was at least 80 plus pounds overweight and that's a real problem. So what have I accomplished using your course so far? In less than two months, minus a week for a business trip to Atlanta, I've lost 12lbs without really dieting. What I mean by that is I've not restricted my eating other than cutting fats and excess sugars. I've also reduce the intake of carbonated beverages too but that's another issue. I'm not starving myself and am trying to eat 5 times a day with larger portions toward the beginning of the day and lesser amounts toward the end of the day.

Let me add to this that I haven't been a saint here and still go out on Friday and drink beer and eat pizza. Sorry, it's my little perk for being a good boy at this point.

So much of what you say in your program I've read in bits and pieces over many years. Your program has it all and is condensed and is right there staring you right in the face. There is nothing to dispute as you've done your homework well. I've done everything from starving, dieting, running several miles a day and more but never approached the results that I have here. Oh, I've been able to take off massive weight in a short period of time but not without paying a serious price in not only feeling terrible, mood changes etc. I'm feeling stronger every day now, and it's not just the weight loss but the muscle increase and the reduction of fat masses. As I get closer to my target weight and get closer to following 100% of your program, I will send you a before and after photo which you can use to inspire the older groups. Believe me, it inspires me to continue with your program after looking at my latest photos. I may actually have lost more than 12 lbs. as I didn't start weighing until after I started the program so don't know an exact weight from the starting point.

Just a short update on progress. I've now lost 40 lbs in 4 months! Not by starving either as I'm eating about 5 times a day and just eliminated the stuff like those famed golden arches type fatty meals, oops I meant happy meals. Still have a day to enjoy anything I want...I guess we all have our weaknesses! I might mention that I've been traveling for 3 weeks out of the last 2 months and ate out during that period of time at least twice a day.

I've dropped 4 sizes so far and it's really been noticed by co-workers both in Chicago and Atlanta plus relatives and friends. What will really be interesting is seeing people that I haven't seen in 6 months or more. By the time a year goes by, on your program, I'll bet most people won't recognize me. When I get to that point, I'll send you a before and after shot and you may use it as you like. It's already had an amazing effect on me and I'll bet by the time I get done that I'll look better than I did in high school and that was pretty decent. I've said all of that to say this...I can only imagine what my results would be if I were younger and didn't have health issues. The MuscleNow program is truly a program that will work for anyone willing to put forth the effort to do it...regardless of age or health issues.

I have lost fat while gaining size and strength consistently throughout the first 6 weeks. I was a pretty good sized guy to begin with at 6' 1" and 247 lbs. But I was out of shape and some of that weight was fat, mostly around my middle. After 6 weeks of your program, my weight is down nearly 30 lbs (fat loss), and my pant size is down 2 inches to a 36" waist. My weight is now holding and the fat loss and muscle gain is noticeable on a daily basis. I don't really want to gloat about my numbers even though I'm quite proud, but a quick example of my gains is my biceps. I started with 15" biceps 6 weeks ago, and now sport an additional 1.5" on my upper arms. That example is indicative of my minimum gains overall. My chest, shoulders, back, arms, legs...you name it. There is muscle in places now where there wasn't even places before! And I"ve only just begun!!!!

I absolutely LOVE the program, and can hardly wait until I have several cycles under my belt. The results so far are nothing short of amazing! The program is EXACTLY what you said it would be!

Prior to starting the MuscleNow program I was already doing a heavy workout, but was actually overtraining and under eating. My results then were nowhere near the results I've gotten in just 3 weeks using your program. I'm so grateful that I found you when I was looking online for supplements. This is so what I needed!

219 to 205 in 14 days. You know where they pull blood out of your arm. Well, if I rub real gently on my right bicep, about 2 inches above the elbow crease, I can feel a vein starting to stand out and if you get the light just right you can "almost" see it. Where do I start really? I bought your program and gave it a ho hum approach some 2-3 years ago. With this weak approach i still saw results, however not the results i was looking for. For those 2-3 years I went to college and by the end of it let me tell you... I was absolutely disgusted. My gut had reached 43 inches and i weighed in at a rotund 233 pounds with, get this 25.5% bodyfat!

I have to admit, i did not think your program would hold any answers for me but i always knew my dedication wasnt there. So i said what the heck instead of doing it for 3 weeks then stopping for a month, I am going to do Francesco's program for one whole year straight and if it still doesn't work im going to tell him hes full of crap.

Part of the reason that I have had so much success with your diet and training program is because it is very black and white, and combined with your e-mail service, it takes all of the guesswork out of diet and exercise. I have been on programs before that required me to make educated guesses and use various forms of rationale in which I had no idea of how accurate some of my choices were regarding training and diet. These types of systems have not been very effective for me because I never knew if I was on the right track. Concerns and doubts soon follow when you start thinking that perhaps your lack of results is due to misinformation or a poor interpretation of information. I should not have to spend time interpreting and making educated guesses about what was meant in various training and diet literature. Fortunately, I stumbled across your web-site, and I have found your program and invaluable e-mail service to be a blueprint for success, not merely thought provoking suggestions like you find in other training and diet literature. Based on your program, I now know how much and how often to eat, as well as the proper ratios of protein to carbs to consume at each meal. I know when to consume simple vs. complex carbs, and I also know exactly how many grams of protein and carbs to consume with each meal.

Your training program is also very straight forward, easy to understand and implement. What I am trying to say is that I attribute my success thus far to your blueprint manual on how to build a better body. I do not have to think, I just follow instructions and I know that I will achieve success. This is extremely motivating as well because in the past I have justified cheating on my diet and missing workouts by telling myself quote "I dont even know if I am implementing this program correctly, I am making all kinds of guesses and I feel that I am getting nowhere. I will start fresh next week with a different program, but for now, I might as well enjoy myself before I start fresh." Pizza Hut here I come. Most of the time it is cognitions like this that start binges. With your program, these kinds of thoughts and cognitions are not an issue, because I know exactly what I am doing, and where it is taking me.

Well...here's an update:

While I know you've probably heard this before, prior to signing up and trying your program I'd been working out for years! Since starting your program (I'm just finishing week 5) I'm just at the point of passing some of my greatest lift weights ever.

With the staggered rep & set routine each week it seems to keep my body just confused enough to encourage it to make new gains because it doesn't have time to get into a set routine. What I'm finding is that I get a good workout every time...and I can really feel it afterward.

On the weight side I beginning to get the diet down & people who haven't seen me have said, "boy you look like your losing weight" which I think is quite something for just 4-5 weeks on this program, in the winter with lots of clothes on.

I am an Asian 5'6 140 lbs with 16-17% body fat. Asians may look fine with clothes on, but when they take their clothes off, most will look awful, because we are mostly "skinny fat" type of people. Within a month of being CONSISTENT following the program, my body fat has gone down to 10.5 % using a Tanita scale (Wt= 132 lbs. I am sure that i only lose the fat because all the measurements on the biceps and chest have not decreased, so I don't lose muscle. In fact, my waist size has gone down from 33" to 29.5" and all my pants are getting loose :).

Of course you might say that some measurements out there are probably inaccurate. But let me tell you this. There is no more satisfaction than watching yourself in the mirror with results right in front of your eyes. I haven't been able to show the packs and ribs on my abs. Now i can :)... Just need a bit more time to get my body fat to 6%.

I've played around with some programs offered like yours from the net even I purchased some of them and bought some from my friends. It's just so destructive that my body became worse than ever before. Your program is the best I've ever experienced. I don't feel depressed while i am on it. I am stressed out with other programs.

The way you answer my questions with patience is just awesome and i admire your patience. One of the program that i joined also offered the same thing about free consultation but the reply was just too short so i kept asking and finally made him mad.

It seems that I am noticing some improvement in my chest area. Seems to be getting less fatty and there seems to be muscle development. I just wanted to say thank you and add to the list of testimonials which enticed me to purchase your program. For anyone out there who is considering buying this program, realize that it doesn't provide just an incredible change in appearance, but positively impacts so many aspects of your life.

To establish my previous situation, I was 280 pounds on a 6 foot frame, not pretty at all. I tried the Atkins diet, which worked, but as Francesco has pointed out in his program, at what cost? Now many accuse the diet of depriving the brain of carbohydrates, the only fuel it seems to use. I definitely felt a mental difference after starting the diet. Anyway, I managed to get to 215 pounds. To those of you who would consider the Atkins diet: The "after" me was merely a smaller version of the "before" me. The fat and muscle ratios in my body stayed about the same, and I simply lost volume. Not only did that happen, but I hit a plateau at 215 and simply could not overcome it though trying for well over 4 months. I had previously purchased Francesco's program, but it had ended up tossed on a shelf with a half dozen other plans because it simply seemed like too much trouble. However after rediscovering it, I decided it was time to give it a shot. I was still too clingy to the Atkins to embrace new dieting concepts, but I decided to do the aerobics and lifting programs.

Although I achieved fat loss by following a high protein/low carbohydrate diet, I suffered a loss in muscle mass. Once I added Francesco's outlined diet to the program, I put a whole quarter inch on both biceps in one week. Though measurements in the chest and legs have decreased significantly from where I started, this has been a result of fat loss as I have made incredible gains in strength in both squats and bench press. I can definitely say I feel more solid after eating the right ratios of protein and carbs. On top of all of that, I've started to gain that v-shaped torso as well as having my abs poke through. The visible results themselves provide an inspirational fuel that makes sticking with this program so much easier than others.

I've made it through another six week cycle and it feels great. My strength is still increasing while I'm dropping useless pounds of fat! Not only have I gotten stronger, but I've gotten faster too. I ran a four mile cross country course this past weekend, and I have shaved a whole fifteen minutes from my time...and that's just in a little over four months! On top of all of that, I'm still losing about 1/4 inch off of my waist every week and becoming consistently leaner by the day. Also, I have been taking my resting heart rate (not the "true" resting heart rate-when I wake up, but rather just at random points in the day) and it ranges from 40 to 45 beats per minute. I'm not sure how good this is overall, but compared to 68 or so four months ago when I started your program, it was quite an accomplishment.

I want to tell you that I began the program 5 weeks ago, and I have seen some excellent results. I began the program weighing 190 pounds...not OBESE for me, because I had a lot of muscle, but definitely overweight. I've been making good progress thus far with the fat loss phase. I'm dropping waist and scale readings rather slowly lost about .75" of my waist and about 3 scale pounds. But what i noticed recently is that I have gained ANOTHER 1/4" on my biceps. So does this mean that i'm losing fat and gaining muscle? Cause I don't believe my eyes.. but that's what it appears to look like. It looks like i'm burning the fat and putting on muscle. I guess this is the butterzone :) where every bodybuilder wants to be huh....

oh and one question.. during my leg's bicep's days i got a really extreme blood pump in my arms (bicep and forearm) more then i think i've ever had. People were looking at me (for a change) at the gym. I'm sure they were thinking .. "yeah he must be on the juice." Cause I was madly pumping away with curls haha..

This information WORKS! I try to get people hooked on buying your program whenever they can. But some really just wanna see results and put no effort in. There's not much I can to encourage those people except tell them all the benefits of a metabolism raise, fat loss, muscle gain, etc.

I've definitely realized that people at the gym (like I used to haha) who don't train with some kind of notebook or plan or sheet to write down their progress and weights with have really no idea where they are at. Perhaps some people are in maintenance and really know there weights. But when I look around my gym, I know a lot of these guys arent doing body maintenance, the truth is they just DON'T KNOW what they are doing.

May i start by congratulating you on such an excelent training program. It is easy to understand and really opened my eye`s. I started bodybuilding again 3 years ago and like yourself i had tried everything on the market to get big and ripped. Suprise suprise nothing worked, i got big but fat aswell. Ryan Vernon here. To make a long story short, i ordered your program about 4 or 5 years ago. I followed the program for about 8 months and made huge gains. Well, i am embarrassed to say when the "real world" hit, i got off off the program and lost just about everything i had gained. On August 1st, I decided i was tired of being overweight and feeling like crap all the time. I am proud to say that as of today, I have lost almost 40 pounds (238lbs to 202lbs) and I look even better than I did the first time. I have followed the diet as close to perfection as possible. I can now drive by Mcdonalds (and the like), and not even think twice. I have gone from a 43" waist to a 36" waist, and I am still losing weight and inches. I can almost fit into a 34" pair of pants. Great news! I went to get a physical the 1st week of October before I began the routine. At that time, I was 221 lbs and my diastolic blood pressure was 105 which they said was high and wanted me to schedule a 2 month follow up. I went in yesterday afternoon, and my weight is down to 213, and my diastolic blood pressure dropped to 84. My doctor told me I was the 3rd patient he saw yesterday as a follow up for high blood pressure, but I was the only one who didn't need a prescription for high blood pressure medicine! He said my cholesterol levels, blood pressure, and weight were all down. Just to be safe, he set me up for a 6 month follow up which is next week. I'll let you know how it goes.

My doctor's appointment went great! He's very impressed by the weight I've lost. He says I'm much healthier, as my blood pressure is down to 110 over 80. I failed to ask him what it was before, but I know it must have been high as he was contemplating prescribing me medicine for high blood pressure. I went to the doctor in October weighing in at 221. 3 months later, I had dropped to 206. This time I weighed in at 184, and I'm now on a building phase as I hit my 175 goal weight! So in the last 6 months, I lost 31 lbs of fat, increased my calories, and gained an additional 9 lbs. I love this program! Thank you very much. I just ordered yesterday for my wife. Dennis (my husband, age 62) and I (age 55) started your Fat Vanish program 2 weeks ago and are very happy with it. At the 2 week mark, our fat pinch was down 4 marks (I don't know what the increments are), we both lost 5 pounds and 2" off the waistline. I know that the results will get even better as we go along. We both have 30-35 pounds to lose.

In the past, we were doing very heavy resistance training, tons of dif exercises for each muscle group with lots of reps. Aerobics was at 1 hour + each time also. We did not change our eating habits although we have always eaten healthy, we thought. Well, we were wrong! We were fat, fat, fat and heading for serious health problems. With your diet plan, which is much easier to stick with than the Provida diet (on which I lost 20 pounds but could not stick with it), meals are fast and easy and I think reasonably healthy. My husband doesn't have all the allergies I have and he gets a lot more protein choices but I am happy with those I can eat.

I thought I'd drop you a line to let you know about our continuing success at the 2 month mark using your plan. I have dropped a total of 13 pounds so far and my husband has lost 18. Here is the 6 month update for my husband and I. Dennis has currently lost 45 pounds and is at 180 and looking very trim. I'm Linda Lenau. I've been on fatvanish for about 3.5 months now and havn't let you know how I'm progressing. I have lost 16 lbs. I have been measuring for years many parts of my body so I just kept on even though you say only waist and calipher. My waist is the last part to lose on my body so I'm glad that I saw improvements elsewhere on my body. Most of it came off on my neck and back. People noticed soon because my face also was thinner.

I noticed that the weight isn't important (havn't dropped a size yet either because of big waist measurement) but my clothes fit different. Almost at the place now where my body doesn't have much choice now but to take it off my waist! Yea! That means lower size also. I have had 6 children and have had a big stomach and waist with appearance of cottage cheese. Have tried repeatedly through spot training to get rid of it. Have also had trouble with low blood sugar and was aware of insulin control - your method helped my to fine-tune that. My stomach is looking more firm and feels less jiggly.(first time in many years) I have told many people about this. I think most aren't willing to try this hard. I think I was ready for I have tried through diets without exercise for years. I'm 55 yrs old now and it was becoming a losing battle as metabolism was slowing worse. I knew it was metabolism related but didn't know what to do. Neither do doctors. My mother died from diabetes. You are right about the glycemic index. I was following that and eating a lot of fruit because of that index. I now do it only for pre-post exercise. So thanks so much. I found your site by accident. I no longer looked for diet info, however, I did use protein powder and I was looking for egg protein that was affordable and I got directed to your site off someone else's site for the egg protein. Thats when I read all your stuff. I believe it was God directing me as I was praying for HELP! I give up, God -Help!

I have been to the doctor's since your program and had full blood work, and total cholesterol was like 217 last year but I had a good ratio of low to high. This year, my total cholesterol was 167 and the ratio was even better.

I lost 4.5 inches in my waist but still need to lose another 3 inches.

I have been having trouble getting to the gym to do aerobics and I found a great solution which has led to great workouts!! I am a very busy mother of three kids. (6yrs, 3yrs, and 8mo. old) I started incorporating my kids into my routine. I pop in a workout cassette (which you can find cheap on ebay) and we all just start dancing!! I do some of my favorite moves from aerobic classes or I chase the kids up and down the hall, skipping, hopping, etc... This is great fun for all of us!! My 8 mo. old giggles and hops in her bouncy seat and if she starts getting cranky I pick her up and carry her with me..that really intensifies things!! Occasionally I use my baby as a workout tool as well! She loves when I bench press her or do my squats while holding her ( she's a great counterweight for balance!) This has led to great memories for all of us, as well as great naps for the baby!! If you ever come across a frustrated mom feel free to share this idea, or share my email address with them. I have to say that the fatvanish program worked great for me. I'm 35, and got into a "Biggest Loser" contest with some friends and relatives and in 9 weeks lost 45 lbs. I was working out hard and was very faithful to the diet (other then an anniversary dinner and a trip to Hawaii) but even with those distractions the diet plan worked wonders. I recently went for a glucose tolerance test and passed with very good numbers. The fasting glucose before ingesting the sugar drink was down to 103 this time. I have to assume that the 127 reading 2 months ago was somehow flawed and my actual glucose level dropped from it's usual 110 - 112 to 103 which is what I expected with the diet, exercise and resulting weight loss.

From the first of the year up until the first week of May I was following the Fat Vanish #6 diet, doing aerobics 5-7x/wk and doing biceps,triceps,chest press, chest flies and stomach crunches 2x/wk. This resulted in a 28-29 lb loss and about 5" in the waist. We did a lot of vacationing in May. While on vacation I didn't exercise at all, ate whatever I wanted, and drank much more alcohol than usual. In between trips I would get back to the diet and just now am getting back to exercising. I'm surprised but elated to say that even though I gained a pound or two here and there, they came right off once I got back on the diet/exercise routine. This is a true testament to your methods.

I've been traveling a lot this summer so it's been tough to stay on a good weight lifting schedule but I have managed to keep off 95% of the weight I lost early in the year just by doing aerobics 2 -3 times a week and eating as close to the diet as possible while still enjoying an unlimited diet on our trips. Any weight that comes back during our vacations is lost again as soon as I get back to normal (your diet is now normal for me) eating.

I never did send you an update of my progress in Fat Vanish. When I started six and a half months ago, my waist size was 40, and my weight was 189. Currently, my waist is 29 3/4, and my weight is 157. Other than my Krav Maga martial arts classes, I really haven't been working out. I meant to write a while ago, but have not been able to. I wanted to let you know that your program is helpful far beyond the realm of fat loss. For years I was a smoker. I know, the worst thing anyone could ever do. When I started your program, I smoked, but because of the words you wrote in your program, I was able to quit. Particularly the phrase 'exercising the virtue of patience-it's a virtual key to success'. For the past 6 months I have been smoke free, and again, without the use of any supplement. All by myself. The right inspiration is the most powerful tool.

Unfortunately recent family matters have occupied so much of my time that I was unable to follow the program. (illnesses, deaths, other matters of emotional distress),. But today I am jumping back on board to continue my success. while off the program I noticed a gain in fat, and I will not settle for this! For so many years my friends were cigarettes, beer, and whiskey. Now my friends are chicken, fish, oranges and oatmeal.

One last thing. I found a way to not only incorporate cardio into my day, but also brighten my day. I got a dog. Every day we jog for 30 minutes, and on weekends we run around the park for an hour or so. This is such a great form of exercise. Plus, it's been said pets tend to put people in more positive moods, therefore making it easier to achieve their goals. I've noticed an incredible difference.

Your Fat Vanish program has helped me so much. I've gone from a 43 inch waist (6'0 tall) down to 37 1/2. I'm guessing I've still got about 3-4 more weeks to go before I'm the way I want. A lady & her boyfriend (friends of mine, heard about this 1st hand) went on the Atkins plan (who only needed to lose maybe 10 lbs each, they weren't overweight at all) and they CONSTANTLY complained about feeling very hungry, dizzy, and lack of energy. Needless to say, they were on it for like 3 days.

I have been on your diet for about a month now and have lost 15 pounds and 3 inches. I have implemented both your eating and exercise instructions and it has worked out great. I am amazed at the noticeable difference in the stomach area, where previously was flabby due to poor eating habits and beer every other day. Dear Francesco,

I'm on week 4 right now and am making better progress on your plan than I've made on anything so far. I've had your program for about 8 years, when I first got it I remember going through a cycle before I had to commit to the football weightroom and the coaches plan, and I remember going from benching 145 to 190 in 6 weeks time... and then I get on the coaches program for about 8 months and I only got up to 205.

I actually tore my acl that season and got on your program again for a quick minute after I got surgery and did pt and my leg press built itself back up quickly. But all that is neither here nor there because I've never been able to stick to a program and up until now I'd been in limbo between workout philosophies because I sometimes had a lack of dedication and I gave in so many times to these programs and diets that ultimately wouldn't work out for me.

Anyways, as I said I'm on week 4 and my results are outstanding. On another diet program that required no workout, I lost alot of weight but most of it was muscle. The gimmick was that I could lose 9 pounds every 11 days. I did lose 9 pounds every 11 days like it said, but only about 3-4 of those pounds were fat. I lost so much muscle, as I started out weighing about 281 and I got down to around 210.

When I was 281, 200 pounds of that was muscle, as I use a bodyfat analyzer that is pretty accurate.

Well, after I got down to around 210, I found out that I had 158 pounds of muscle and 52 pounds of fat. I only lost about 30 pounds of fat. 50 pounds of muscle was lost.

All I was eating everyday was maybe 700 or 800 calories. I had next to no protein and I was very hungry. I was drinking alot of water, and even through fruits and vegetables are good for you, they shouldn't be the base of your diet.

I quit this diet around december, and didn't workout or eat right... and as I went back to eating like I used to, my weight went up to 240.

I gained about 10 pounds of that muscle back when my weight went back up, but now I had gained back 20 of the 30 pounds that I had lost.

So ultimately, this diet lost me 10 pounds of fat and lost me 30 pounds of muscle.

Well, I started your program full speed and since then I've gained 10 pounds of muscle and lost about 5 pounds of fat.

It probably would be ALOT more fat but the thing is, I'm not following the diet as welll as I should be. I'm getting the protein and carbs that I need to get for a 2500 calorie diet, but I'm cheating on my diet everyday by eating a normal dinner where I don't count any carbs or protein and drinking a coke or 2.

On top of that, I'm not doing cardio. I'm doing high intensity interval training twice a week because I'm trying to slowly make every single aspect of the musclenow lifestyle a habit.

I believe that after this cycle I'll be able to drop my cheating ways and start doing real cardio...

But the results of your program so far have been outstanding.

The strength I lost doing that 9 pounds in 11 days diet has come back FAST.  just a few months ago I could only bench 185 about twice. Right now 185 feels very light and I use it on 8-11 rep weeks, getting it for about 10 usually.

Everything else is going up really fast, too.

Anyway Francesco,I will soon be able to do your program in full force.

No cheating and 5 days of cardio. When I start that I know that these last 40 pounds of fat I want to lose will fall of quick, and I'll have good testimonials that you can put on the site with pictures, hopefully sporting abs. I know I'll sport abs with your program, but I am slightly fearful of excess skin around my midsection, which I will get removed.

I will surely be on your program for the rest of my life because I now realize how good it can get if you do it right, and how easy it can be. how much better i feel now than how I felt when I didn't workout and ate garbage all day.

If I don't get abs because of the excess skin, I plan on getting surgery to remove it and when I start gaining mass on your plan, I will have the 6 pack and I will send you pictures for your site.
