Are You Tired Of Buying
Bodybuilding Supplements
That DON'T Build Muscle Mass?
With the plethora of myths, misconceptions, and outright lies, I thank God that I was able to gain over 60 lbs of muscle mass naturally, without using any steroid drug whatsoever, and throughout my muscle building journey I found that bodybuilding supplements are a complete waste of time and money.
Why Do So Many Still Mistakenly Believe
The Latest Bodybuilding Supplement
Advertising After All These Years?
I can't criticize anyone for doing so, as I've found myself in the same category throughout my weight training career, erroneously believing that bodybuilding supplements will somehow provide a safe, effective method of building an amazing amount of muscle mass, even though my personal experimentation always proved the very opposite. It's almost as if we place ourselves in a position to be fooled by forgetting our past experience with such products, all because we hope that the next major bodybuilding supplement release will finally be the one to offer promised results. But, as I learned throughout my many years of attempting to gain muscle mass, this attitude is what bodybuilding supplement companies prey upon, as they could not continue making massive profits unless you and I believe that their newest product is going to revolutionize the muscle building industry, when in fact, it's merely the latest advertising campaign aimed at manipulating our emotions so that we buy into a false hope. It's called the "Bodybuilding Supplement Life Cycle," which you will learn more about below, and is exactly why bodybuilding supplements are not the answer to building new muscle mass. If they were, wouldn't all of us who have tried muscle building pills and powders no longer be searching the Internet for answers?
Most Who Do Not Build
Muscle Mass Are Making
Serious Diet & Workout Mistakes!
I have unfortunately received emails from those who mistakenly believe that their weight training plan is perfect, so they ask me to provide them with the proper bodybuilding diet to finally promote significant muscle mass gains, but how can someone know that their weight training or diet routine is effective when they aren't making any progress? If results are disappointing, isn't it plausible that serious diet & weight training errors are preventing muscle mass from improving? If, like most, you are frustrated with a lack of muscle gains despite constant effort, then you can be sure that you must change your diet & weight training routine immediately, otherwise your lack of progress will continue. Bodybuilding supplement companies try to rob us all blind with unsubstantiated claims and worthless products, but they are not even the worst enemy, because mistakes you currently make in your eating and weight lifting plan are why you suffer disappointment; quite simply, your weight training and diet program must immediately change, as otherwise, you will continue to achieve nothing, regardless of the time or effort you spend lifting weights and drinking protein shakes. It's a very simply concept - if your current bodybuilding plan is not building muscle mass, then you must implement a new and effective eating and weight training strategy, one which requires no worthless bodybuilding supplements or dangerous steroid drugs.
If You Cannot Measure New
Muscle Mass Gains EVERY WEEK,
Then You MUST Change Your Routine!
Some people mistakenly believe that it takes many weeks or sometimes months for a diet and weight training program to promote noticeable muscle mass gains, so they continue tinkering with the same ineffective bodybuilding program, just waiting for the day when their muscles begin to magically experience this dramatic surge of progress. But in reality, the only variable that needs to change is food intake, and when you are consuming the proper amount for muscle mass gains (I will teach you exactly how to determine this through measurements), then you should build muscle on a weekly basis. Not every month, not even every two weeks, but rather every single week. After implementing the correct weight training & diet plan, suddenly, you will begin to notice muscle mass improvements, every seven days, like clockwork! When you feel the need for a break or reach a plateau on a muscle building phase (a sign that you need less workout volume), reset your body with lower workload for several weeks, where you maintain new muscle mass and recharge your body and mind, once again building muscle mass on a weekly basis when you increase weight training intensity, and this special cycling process continues until you reach your genetic potential.
My "Skinny to Fat to Muscular" Story
Before beginning to lift weights, my arms measured 12.5 inches flexed, and my chest 35 inches relaxed, at 6'2" in height and 130 lbs (extremely thin). I aimed to transform my naturally skinny frame into a muscular, cut physique (very low body fat; abs totally visible) without the help of steroids or growth hormone. After years of trying, it appeared as if drug use was a prerequisite for building an impressive body, that is, until I found the proper weight training and diet plan. I now know that tremendous results don't stem from a worthless bodybuilding supplement bottle or dangerous steroid injection, but rather through an effective bodybuilding diet and workout strategy. Why? Because with years of trial and error behind me, I have achieved a very high level of muscle mass with the help of food and weights, not steroids or bodybuilding supplements. I gained over 6 inches on my arms and 12 inches on my chest so fast that I have stretch marks to prove it, and since 1997, have helped countless people worldwide to gain muscle mass naturally (hundreds of testimonials that you can examine here at MuscleNOW.com will show you the dramatic muscle building results that stem from my recommendations). So how is this possible?
If you are like most who seek to gain muscle mass, the literally dozens of bodybuilding diet and weight training theories are absolutely baffling! Have you tried programs that promise 50 lbs of muscle mass in 6 months, but neglect to tell you 45 of those 50 are pure FAT? Even worse, how does it feel to purchase bodybuilding supplements that make steroid like claims, yet deliver absolutely nothing but a lighter wallet? 95% of people will have experienced one or both of these disappointing scenarios and, if not, I bet you've tried abdominal machines that promise a washboard stomach, charging a king's ransom, yet end up serving as a poor excuse for a rocking chair. I've been suckered into many ineffective fitness products, and so have millions of other confused bodybuilders. I hope that you'll finally learn from my numerous muscle building mistakes.
My name is Francesco Castano, and I'm a natural bodybuilder residing in Lancaster, PA, who has spent years experimenting with various bodybuilding methods and supplements in an effort to gain significant muscle mass. After many years of using countless products that claim to enhance muscle mass safely, I decided to stop them ALL. I never produced significant results from any pill or powder, including a supposed very expensive "steroid replacement" stack of bodybuilding supplements advertised in magazines. Even the popular creatine is a bodybuilding supplement industry lie, as the slight water retention (not muscle) that some experience disappears soon after the creatine is discontinued, and there are potential medical issues that can result from creatine supplementation. In other words, it will cost you $30 or more per month to maintain a 5 pound water weight gain (creatine is NOT a muscle builder), and your health is at risk. Is this cost worthwhile? You be the judge!
Why Do Bodybuilding Supplement
Companies Lie About Their Products?
So, how can these bodybuilding supplement giants legally deceive the public? Easy. Government agencies perform no formal testing to determine whether even the most outlandish muscle building claims are legitimate, which means that bodybuilding supplement companies can make numerous stimulating promises, yet are not legally obligated to produce even one iota of their potency claims. Isn't this scary? Consider that each month you see a new testosterone booster, growth hormone replacement, or anti-catabolic supplement hit the market, just adding to the already overpopulated "health food store" shelf. The marketing company behind such products then creates a clever advertising campaign aimed at us, saying how their product will add 30 lbs of muscle mass simply by mixing some smelly, awful tasting powder with grape juice or by popping 3 pills a day, and what do we all do? Instead of laughing in their conniving faces, we go out and spend $50, or sometimes much more, and buy it! They say "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me," and I'd consider myself lucky to have only been fooled twice by bodybuilding supplement companies, yet I instead placed faith for many years in such advertising that claimed amazing muscle mass gains, despite my prior failures when using such products. As a result, I mistakenly purchased a variety of so-called muscle building pills and powders, which puts shame squarely on my shoulders. Investigating the various bodybuilding supplement offerings cost me a mint, helped me to waste plenty of precious time, and did not produce the muscle mass I was seeking.
The Truth About "Scientific Studies"
On Bodybuilding Supplements
Let's not forget those "scientific studies" posted by an "independent" board of certified chemists. Several years ago, one of those "scientific panels" wrote a report stating Dibencozide (Vitamin B-12) provides similar anabolic (muscle building) power as steroids (which convinced me to try it!). Needless to say, it was another creative way to help me waste more money. Other such "scientifically compiled information" in advertisements today mirror my Dibencozide example, so don't fall for it! In fact, believe it or not, my local news (everybody trusts them) once cited a study claiming that HMB was a proven muscle builder, yet look at how popular HMB is today? It's safe to say that HMB is not quite the "hot" bodybuilding supplement that the advertising suggested a few years back, or for that matter, the NEWS claimed through quoting and promoting this obviously bogus "scientific" research. Don't fall for it! I can imagine hundreds of bodybuilders running out to their local "health" store and picking up 5 bottles of a bodybuilding supplement that the news claims to be effective for building muscle mass. Simply put, if you have enough money and power, a "scientific study" will say anything you wish, and such "research" is commissioned by bodybuilding supplement companies as a form of advertising, since the results are "predetermined" (like a good pro wrestling match). The studies are merely unethically tainted advertising tools!

I don't know if you've ever read articles in bodybuilding magazines hyping a yet-to-be-released supplement as being the greatest legal muscle building agent to ever hit the shelves, but if you have, please remember that if I advertise in magazine X, and I tell magazine X that I want them to promote a new muscle building supplement called Z before its release, magazine X will write articles hyping bodybuilding supplement Z before it ever reaches the stores, thus, people are greatly anticipating this supposed muscle building supplement phenomena (guaranteeing record sales when the pill or powder is finally available). We trust the magazine, because the "bodybuilding supplement report" is presented as an impartial review from one of the "expert fitness writers," yet, it's just product hype under the "unbiased truth" umbrella, and both the magazine and the bodybuilding supplement company make money on us suckers. In addition, the reality is that most muscle building magazines are simply multi-page advertisements for bodybuilding supplements that the magazine company itself sells! They will have their writers speak highly of a particular supplement, acting as an "unbiased observer," when in fact these writers are working for the company that produces the very muscle building supplement they are praising! Trust me, this is what's happening, and because bodybuilding supplement sales are such a lucrative business model, it's not going to change!
Remember this important lesson -- if a "clinical study" used in an advertisement says "our bodybuilding supplement added 30 pounds of new muscle mass," but you find that the same muscle building supplement has no impact whatsoever on your body, who is correct, your real world lack of results, or the "clinical study" used as part of a bodybuilding supplement advertisement that contradicts what you see in the mirror after using the product? The answer is obvious!
Could You Be Risking Your Health With
Certain Bodybuilding Supplements?
If a bodybuilding supplement that was truly capable of providing steroid equivalent gains in muscle mass was to be released tomorrow at the same cost as a steroid cycle, would you purchase and use the legal product? If the answer is yes, let us carefully examine why you are avoiding steroids; is it solely due to their illegality, or does the potential for an inordinate level of medical ailments (heart enlargement, cancer, liver damage, and premature death) discourage you from becoming the next steroid addict? In my case, remaining drug free is rooted in a desire to preserve my long term well being (I want to reach a ripe, old age), and your reasoning is likely identical, therefore if a steroid-like bodybuilding supplement were released tomorrow with the assurance of "no long term side effects," yet provided the same or even similar muscle mass building potential as steroids, why would you believe in its safety? Because a bodybuilding supplement provider says so? How on earth can a muscle building supplement company determine the long term health risks if a product is just released? And could the current rise in all forms of cancer be related to use of artificial products (including bodybuilding supplements) in our diet? How do we know? We DON'T, which means if any bodybuilding supplement really does provide steroid equivalent muscle mass gains, then the risks associated with the pill, powder, or liquid would also mirror that of steroids, which once again brings about questions of longevity (not knowing whether you'll enjoy your next birthday outside of a hospital).
Please don't play with your life; if you avoid steroids because of the health dangers, why look towards an industry that provides nothing but deception for a pill or powder that would simply create the same risks as the muscle building drugs you are avoiding? Don't feel alone, as although this reasoning has become crystal clear in recent years (after achieving natural muscle mass gains without bodybuilding supplements), I fell for the same gimmicks I am now speaking out against (it's all due to confusion, as those unaware of proper weight training and diet protocol turn to the bodybuilding supplement industry for an artificial answer to building muscle mass, and find nothing but disappointment). To be completely blunt, if you visit a web site that claims any bodybuilding supplement is necessary to produce dramatic muscle mass gains, then I recommend that you immediately leave without reading a word, as all credibility is lost. It's fitness deception at its worst!
The Truth About
Bodybuilding Magazines
Look through any current bodybuilding magazine, and what are the vast majority of advertisements selling? Well, what a surprise -- supplements that claim to build muscle mass! We purchase these popular bodybuilding publications believing that we've invested in over 300 pages of current, cutting edge weight training and bodybuilding diet information, yet most of the magazine is devoted to pushing worthless muscle building powders and pills. With these bodybuilding magazines charging thousands of dollars per page for a black and white add, big time muscle building publications are making hundreds of thousands in profit per issue on bodybuilding supplements alone. Can you now understand why these magazines refuse to print the truth about muscle building pills and powders? They're making millions per year off of bodybuilding supplement companies who purchase advertising in their muscle magazine, and they will never "bite the hand that feeds them" (especially considering that bodybuilding supplement companies spend most of their advertising dollars targeting those who are confused and searching for answers, which comprises most of their readership). Just as special interest groups influence and greatly corrupt political decisions, bodybuilding supplement companies slant the opinions of big time magazine authors, since they are receiving profit for doing so. This is not to mention the magazines that promote their own muscle building supplements within the "unbiased" articles, which is downright scary.

How many times can we experience no improvements in muscle mass after using a bodybuilding supplement, yet continually believe the newest advertising campaign? Several years ago a friend of mine, who had been vigorously trying to gain muscle mass, concluded that he could print up a fancy label, wrap it around a bottle of urine, and sell it to those searching for a muscle building supplement solution. Maybe he can even call his new creation "Super Lemon Testosterone Booster!" I guess we're lucky he didn't decide to enter the bodybuilding supplement industry (or did he?)! Nevertheless, there is quite a bit of wisdom to be taken from my friend's claim, as the majority of those pursuing muscle mass gains will try any bodybuilding supplement promising results, regardless of how bad it tastes, how awful it smells, how much it costs, or the level of disappointment experienced in past muscle building supplement experimentation. Knowing this, bodybuilding supplement companies will say, and do, anything to convince you that their product is "steroid-like", including paying premium endorsement rates to professional bodybuilders such as Mr. Olympia winners. Unfortunately, many actually believe that a legal testosterone booster, weight gain powder or creatine has something to do with a Mr. Olympia competitor's 21+ inch arms, when such bodybuilders are actually using illegal and dangerous steroid drugs to produce their cartoon-like physiques. If these bodybuilding supplements were so effective, wouldn't newcomers to weight training (who have never taken steroids or other illegal anabolic drugs) make the best endorsement subjects, as opposed to professional steroid abusers?
Abdominal Machines For A
Muscular, Flat Mid-Section?
Now that I've explained how bodybuilding supplements are not what they claim to be, what about all of those abdominal machines claiming to "shape, firm, and tone that sagging middle," and the "inexpensive home gyms" that have some beefed up personal trainer saying how he gained 30 lbs of muscle in 10 days using the simple, no fuss "bodypumper?" These abdominal machines, which are nothing but overpriced, oversized plastic salad bowls, are portrayed as having built some of the greatest bodies on earth, when in fact they've done nothing but produce significant revenue for the company that promotes such gibberish. The fact is, no machine on the market today is effective in building a firm, athletic mid-section, as the simple road to improving abdominal definition is body fat reduction via proper diet techniques, period! Oh, this is too easy, you say? When I had a 43 inch waist, no abs were visible, and at 33 inches, my abs were extremely defined, yet I rarely performed direct abdominal training, and did not achieve definition in my stomach until I lost excess fat through a new dietary approach. Nevertheless, these exercise equipment companies will have you believe otherwise, following in the bodybuilding supplement industry's footsteps by claiming that their products will build muscle mass with little to no effort. This is yet another in the physical fitness industry's string of lies that have left so many confused and aimless as they strive to achieve impressive muscle mass gains and definition.
The Bottom Line On
Bodybuilding Supplements
I couldn't possibly list every available supplement that falsely promises rapid, dramatic muscle mass gains, as the quantity is endless. Of course, you must also consider the thousands of products not yet introduced, as a new batch of physical fitness fantasy gadgets and bodybuilding supplements are released almost monthly, and they all fall into the same category (waste of time and money!).

Proper weight training workout and diet methods are the only road to gaining muscle mass naturally, and no "miracle" exercise device or bodybuilding supplement can substitute for an effective diet and weight training routine (otherwise it would be a drug, with dangerous side effects, no different than steroids or growth hormone), thus the key to transforming a skinny, overweight, or average body requires nothing more than a properly designed eating and workout routine. Bodybuilding supplement companies do not want you to understand this fact, as you would then no longer feel the need to continually experiment with their products, because only a lack of muscle mass gains keeps their customer flow alive.
The fact that you can gain muscle mass without bodybuilding supplements may be difficult to digest, especially for many who have read and heard others claim that we need this or that product to achieve significant muscle mass gains, but if you don't heed my warning, you will simply learn the same lesson from experience, after having wasted a large amount of money on worthless muscle building supplement products. Many are emotionally addicted to experimenting with the latest bodybuilding pill or powder, sometimes several at once, thinking that this is a prerequisite for achieving their muscle mass goals, despite a lack of visible results from doing so; but, I am here to shed truth on this subject for you, and I hope you'll absorb and learn from the wealth of information that I've gathered throughout my years pursuing natural muscle mass gains. Physical fitness enterprises make their millions by appealing to your inner most senses, creating the appearance of a "do-nothing" approach to achieving dramatic muscle mass gains, but despite their deception, never forget that there is no bodybuilding supplement available now or in the future that substitutes for a proper bodybuilding diet and weight training program. If you remember this, then you've learned more than 95% of the people who are currently seeking muscle mass; quite simply, knowledge (and effort) is key!
What About Advice From
Professional Bodybuilders?
We've all seen the many books written by the "greatest bodybuilders in the world," and wouldn't we naturally ask those with the most muscle mass (Mr. Olympia competitors) to determine the exact weight training and bodybuilding diet methods to follow for muscle gain? Well, I'm assuming a program designed by any professional bodybuilder outlines their own current, unedited diet and workout plan, therefore you'd easily be able to build the body of your dreams by following the advice of a proven professional, right? Unfortunately, chapter one of any course written by a pro bodybuilder would need to read "Steroids & Other Dangerous Anabolic Snacks," because this is the basis behind their unnatural level of muscle mass. Quite simply, they use drugs, and therefore, do not train or eat like those who don't. Period!
What About Bodybuilding Programs
That Claim To Build Muscle Mass?
The biggest issue (which is rapidly expanding due to inexpensive Internet advertising) is that the sole intention of certain bodybuilding programs is to obtain your contact information so they can later forward you advertisements for needless muscle building supplements. Just try to purchase various bodybuilding programs that you will find on the Internet, and in addition to disappointing muscle mass gains, you may find yourself plagued with continuous bodybuilding supplement advertising from the very company that sold you the muscle building program. In fact, the advice they provide is not optimized to provide maximum muscle mass gains, as their bodybuilding program is simply a prelude to the true intention, which is to capitalize on your continued frustration by claiming that a certain supplement can help "hardgainers" to enhance testosterone and/or growth hormone for tremendous muscle mass gains. Fortunately, the reason for lackluster progress has absolutely no connection with bodybuilding supplements, but rather stems directly from the ineffective routine they sold you! These individuals are simply starting their own bodybuilding magazine under the guise of a muscle building program, so please be careful when scanning Internet ads. These muscle building routines have the exact same flaws as bodybuilding magazines I described earlier, since they wish to capitalize on your continued confusion with their soon to arrive muscle building supplement advertisement. It is absolutely imperative that you understand the unscrupulous methods that today's bodybuilding related web sites are using to eventually sell you a new "testosterone boosting" or "growth hormone inducing" product for muscle mass gains, as this is where their profits are derived.
Another huge problem with popular (and not so popular) muscle building programs is the lack of author support. Who answers questions about chapter 8, or helps to integrate the workout and diet into your schedule or lifestyle so you can begin to consistently gain muscle mass? Well, as you'll find with many bodybuilding programs, you'll need to ask yourself, because there is no way of contacting the author directly to clarify a particular point of contention, or, if support if available, you will need to pay a hefty fee following a trial period, which is a technique used by companies to hook people into monthly membership dues. No matter how well written or complete a muscle building program may be (and believe me, many are not), almost everybody will inevitably experience a dilemma which needs to be specifically addressed by the author. As you'll find, the lack of direct, unlimited personal support may encourage you to completely abandon the workout and diet recommendations, as you'll have no way of finding the answers to some very critical concerns. We all have different goals, limitations, schedules, food preferences, etc, and what may be a question or problem for one may not cross another's mind, meaning there is NO "perfect" bodybuilding plan, and the ability to elicit personal support from the muscle building program's author is vital to the success of any weight training & diet system.
In addition, throughout my years of digesting bodybuilding instructional material, none have provided me with a step-by-step, complete weight training and diet routine. All have discussed vague concepts, but no program that claims to build muscle mass that I've read has covered every effective diet and weight training method in specific, easy to follow format, eliminating guesswork. Without such an outline, confusion once again becomes an overwhelming reality, and as we all know, guessing will certainly lead to failure.
My Frustrating Path To
Building Muscle Mass
24 years ago, I set out to find a method of building large amounts of muscle mass, without becoming excessively fat in the process, and during this period implemented many strategies, along with bodybuilding supplements and goofy machinery which offered, unfortunately, unacceptable results. Most who pursue physical fitness have an ultimate goal of locating a detailed muscle mass program that teaches exactly what and when to eat, how to weight train, when to exercise, etc, written by a natural bodybuilder, yet, to my dismay, all materials I purchased were either incomplete, did not offer support, were written by steroid users, or had one prime intention, which was to sell me bodybuilding supplements. Nevertheless, some of the muscle building information I learned from my exploration was useful, so I continued researching with an attempt at finding a viable solution. I learned that many muscle mass philosophies are useless, and some even dangerous, with one harmful technique resulting in a severe triceps injury which forced me to take an eight month weight training layoff. Nevertheless, my bodybuilding discovery, which I call MuscleNOW, is worth the dozens of back, triceps, and tendinitis problems I've suffered over my years of weight training since, quite simply, it led me to reaching my muscle mass goals, naturally.
How Can I Gain Muscle Mass WITHOUT Using Bodybuilding Supplements or Becoming FAT?
I always thought there was a solid answer, but everywhere I read, people insisted that bulking up (otherwise known as gaining huge amounts of fat) is the only way to gain considerable muscle mass. Yet, this doesn't make any sense. Sure, anyone can gain equal amounts of fat and muscle, but who wants to? I can guarantee that you would rather maintain a reasonable level of definition throughout the whole year than be forced to wear a shirt at the beach because of a hugely fat, protruding stomach! Most will add some body fat as they gain muscle mass (although some will not, as I have received testimonials from those following the MuscleNOW bodybuilding program who indicate pure muscle mass gains, some while losing fat), yet the large majority add far more body fat than is necessary since they do not know the correct way to manipulate diet variables to control body fat during the muscle building process. Sure, you can hide a fat middle, but you can't shelter the fat face, neck, fingers, etc. Since your goal is to build an impressive looking physique, gaining large amounts of body fat as you build muscle mass defeats the purpose of bodybuilding altogether.
Because of poor [yet commonly followed] weight gain diet strategies, I added 120 lbs, a large portion of which was FAT (I had a 43 inch waist, which is considered grossly obese for my small bone structure), and I was unfortunately misled into believing that I must weigh 250 lbs with a gut hanging over my pants and no definition in the muscle groups I trained in order to feel satisfied, at least based upon the drug saturated bodybuilding standards that I was influenced by. I desperately wanted a bodybuilder physique, but was led astray by the popular notion that I must stuff myself until near sickness for added muscle mass. Like a dope, this is exactly what I did, which led to a huge amount of definition blurring body fat. Why didn't I just reduce calories to burn excess weight (which is what all of the articles suggest)? Unfortunately, without a proper dietary structure, a massive loss in muscle mass follows such caloric deprivation, and you will find yourself once again searching for answers (this is actually the very reason why I've lost muscle mass many times when attempting to burn fat!).
With a simple caloric reduction, you won't become "cut and muscular" as "experts" suggest, but will rather risk losing the muscle mass you have worked so hard to gain, which is a total waste of time! Thanks to an ineffective, haphazard dietary approach, I looked hideous, as not only was my stomach 43 inches (hovering over my belt buckle), but my face had doubled in size. I can't stress enough how unappealing this is. Don't listen to those who insist that becoming obese is necessary for adding significant muscle mass, as this not only ruins self confidence, but will also, contrary to popular belief, actually make achieving a bodybuilder physique more difficult. You can gain muscle mass without adding large amounts of fat, but you won't do so by following common weight gain diet plans. Although most will add some body fat as they build muscle mass, since this is a necessary component of the bodybuilding process, the vast majority of men and women who aim for muscle building add far more body fat than necessary, and ruin their physique in the process.
In addition, my research and experimentation found that many bodybuilding strategies are counterproductive to gaining muscle mass, such as long workouts and super slow reps, which are just a couple of the many popular bodybuilding myths. How do I know? Because I've finally built large levels of muscle mass, naturally, without bodybuilding supplements or steroids, and through many years of weight training, I've put a wide array of diet and workout plans to the test, including various rep ranges and speeds, sets, workout frequencies, rest periods, food combinations, etc. Following a lengthy, seemingly endless muscle building trial and error period, I designed an effective weight training workout and diet plan for quick and impressive muscle mass gains without the customary body fat explosion (or, for those who are overweight, consistent body fat reduction).
Should I Visit My Doctor If I'm
Underweight or Overweight?
Have you noticed how many bodybuilding authors, namely those with medical degrees, have no physical development? How can this be? Well, some doctors (not all, as some truly are physical fitness enthusiasts) believe that their education automatically provides them with the intelligence to call themselves "experts" in the bodybuilding field, even if they don't lift weights. The fact is, unlike some "armchair bodybuilders" and personal trainers who apparently have yet to teach themselves how to gain muscle mass naturally, I have spent many years testing numerous weight training workout and bodybuilding diet theories on myself, all in hopes of achieving significant muscle mass improvements with a very low body fat percentage. Most importantly, I never took the steroid short cut, which means that my weight training and bodybuilding diet routine does not require illegal, potentially dangerous drugs. Quite simply, if I had the proper bodybuilding diet and workout knowledge several years ago, I'd have achieved my muscle mass goals without having to endure the disappointment and expense of failed bodybuilding supplement experimentation; remember the important lesson I taught you earlier, which is to avoid all muscle building supplements, as proper diet and weight training workout techniques are and have always been the keys to building impressive levels of muscle mass!
This is an extremely important concept that so few realize due to widely propagated bodybuilding supplement myths, so please remind yourself daily that if you are not adding muscle mass, it is NOT because you lack the correct bodybuilding supplement solution, but rather due to flawed diet and workout techniques; please never forget this, as bodybuilding supplements are not, and have never been the answer to gaining muscle mass. I want you to avoid the dozens of weight training and dietary mistakes that led me to multiple injuries, intense frustration, and large levels of body fat.
Skinny? Fat? Average?
Male? Female? Young? Old?
It Doesn't Matter!
As you can see by the following two testimonial photos, my detailed workout plan and bodybuilding diet techniques are effective for those who are skinny or overweight, as I teach you the proper methods to both gain muscle mass and burn fat. An excellent example of the impressive natural muscle building potency of MuscleNOW is shown in the following photo:

While the MuscleNOW bodybuilding program is a potent muscle building system, I also have a weight loss plan that I refer to as Fat Vanish (visit FatVanish.com for more information) which is equally effective at burning fat for those who are overweight, as you will see in the amazing transformation shown below:
Keep in mind that I have been very skinny (6'2" at 130 lbs) and extremely overweight (43 inch waist at 250 lbs), thus have approached bodybuilding from both perspectives. One of the most common misconceptions regarding gaining muscle mass is that we all need to follow a different routine based on our body type, yet the only variable that differs between overweight and skinny individuals who look to pursue muscle building is diet, with the overweight lifter consuming less food and slightly different protein and carbohydrate levels due to his or her slower metabolism and need for fat loss (which is what I teach in my Fat Vanish plan). Otherwise, both thin and overweight lifters train identically, with the skinny individual gaining muscle mass while controlling body fat percentage, and the overweight lifter losing fat while naturally building muscle mass.
Can Females Gain Muscle Mass
With MuscleNOW?
Gender is also not an issue, as females train identically to males; their hormone levels promote a feminine appearance as opposed to the huge bodybuilder females you see on the cover of magazines (who look the way they do as a result of steroids), and in the following testimonial photo of a married couple who achieved success using my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program, you can clearly see how proper weight training and diet methods will create a toned, feminine appearance, as she greatly reduced fat percentage and dramatically improved the shape of her body by following my diet and weight training workout plan:

Do I Need To Become A
"Bodybuilder" To
Gain Muscle Mass?
Well, it depends on how you define the term bodybuilder. This is another in the endless examples of muscle building misconceptions, as you follow the same exercise and diet routine whether wishing to gain 1, 10, 30, or 80 pounds of new muscle mass. The only difference is that those with a minor muscle building goal will switch to a "maintenance" phase sooner than those who seek more substantial muscle mass gains, but both follow the same weight training workout and bodybuilding diet methods. Thus, you decide how much muscle mass is built by switching to maintenance the moment you are satisfied with your appearance. This applies to males and females, as both genders choose how much muscle mass to gain, thus achieving what they consider to be "ideal" given their objectives. If you are worried about having to follow crazy muscle mass workout routines listed on Internet sites or promoted in steroid and bodybuilding supplement pushing magazines, then there is no cause for concern, as my goal is to offer a realistic solution to muscle building that does not require you to devote every moment of the day to lifting weights and eating food. Unreasonably lengthy workouts cause relatively quick mental burnout, and therefore are not conducive towards achieving consistent and dramatic muscle mass improvements.
I'm a Hardgainer Who Can't
Gain Muscle Mass!
Those who consider themselves "hardgainers" are actually following an ineffective diet and weight training workout plan, yet will gain muscle mass quickly when using the proper bodybuilding principles. I could have permanently labeled myself a "hardgainer" at various times throughout my muscle building journey (especially at my 130 lbs, 6'2" stage), but have found that those citing the "hardgainer" mentality are actually following an ineffective bodybuilding diet and weight training workout plan, and isn't it logical that one cannot begin to make progress with a flawed routine? Yet, so many label themselves "genetically cursed" while having never implemented a potent diet and weight training combination! You are not predisposed to small muscles, but rather create an adverse muscle building environment through ineffective bodybuilding diet and weight training principles (thus, you become a "hardgainer" by virtue of your weight lifting workout and diet mistakes). Never forget this! Nobody is doomed to failure when following a properly designed workout and diet that is optimized to build muscle mass naturally, as we all have the capability of bringing about impressive results when following an effective routine. This is a fact! Instead of assuming that your genetics are somehow flawed, begin to realize that the diet and workout you've been following needs a dramatic and immediate alteration!
I can't stress enough how important a correctly designed bodybuilding diet plan is in producing impressive muscle mass gains, and in fact, I like to think of food as the "natural bodybuilder's steroid", because diet will honestly spell the difference between success and failure for the drug-free lifter. Even with the perfect weight training workout program, a faulty diet will prevent even an ounce of muscle mass from being built, and for overweight lifters, will stifle fat loss, which is a fact that far too few realize (and a tidbit you should never forget).
What About Age?
It doesn't matter! We all gain quicker in our teens and 20s due to higher natural hormone levels, but I have helped individuals who are young and old alike to improve their body (from mid-teens to 60s!), as you will see in my muscle building testimonial section. If an 18 year old takes 3 months to achieve x progress, a 50 year old will require a longer period, and he or she may not achieve the same level of muscle mass due to age (since hormone levels decline), but the workout and diet plan remains identical, and results are consistent. Of course, those in their 30s-40s need not worry, as they can still gain muscle mass at speeds close to their younger counterparts, and those 50+ will still produce consistent, dramatic progress. In fact, I have those in their teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s following my MuscleNOW system with success, so you should not assume age is a barrier to producing impressive muscle building results. Those under 15 should not yet pursue weight training due to interfere with natural bone growth, but they are free to use my Fat Vanish methods to burn fat naturally, which is perfect for any age).
How Do I Gain Strength?
Another unfortunate misconception involves strength, as some believe that building an aesthetically pleasing physique is not linked with strength and power, but I've personally proven that both strength and physical appearance can undertake a simultaneous improvement, as by using proper, effective bodybuilding diet and weight training principles, not only have I produced over 60 lbs of new muscle mass, but have also dramatically increased strength, and achieved a very low body fat percentage (defined abs), all without bodybuilding supplements or steroids. You need not sacrifice appearance for the sake of extreme strength increases (or vice versa), as when following a properly designed weight training workout and bodybuilding diet plan, both strength and muscle mass rise significantly. Yes, it's as simple as eating and exercising properly; no magic; simply knowledge that I provide through my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program, along with effort on your part, which translates into an amazing physical transformation!
If you wish to primarily gain strength for sports or any other reason, I provide a specific routine called Massive Strength that will offer all of the necessary weight training techniques for maximum strength improvements, and the methods outlined in this potent strength building system have been proven effective by way of a university study.
Do NOT Confuse
Strength With Muscle Mass!
People have told me that they gain strength using certain techniques (such as HIT, also known as "High Intensity Training"), but do not improve in muscle mass, and this seeming contradiction must confuse many who aim to enhance physical appearance. It is very important that you do not mistakenly link strength improvements with muscle mass gains, as the two do not necessarily correlate; you may find yourself using a significantly higher weight in all exercises six weeks after starting a new weight training plan, while having yet to gain any measurable muscle mass, which is common when following low volume workouts. Do not mistakenly believe that a bodybuilding program is "working" just because you are now bench pressing more than you were a few weeks ago, because the only way to determine if your muscle building routine is providing legitimate progress is to measure whether you have added muscle mass (I will teach you exactly how this is done in MuscleNOW); you can gain strength and muscle mass simultaneously if you eat and train correctly, but there are routines that will actually cause your strength to increase with little associated muscle mass improvements (e.g., H.I.T., as well as others), and this is a very important distinction that few unfortunately realize.
In fact, for those who wish to focus primarily upon strength, there are specific weight training methods that will provide greater strength improvements with less overall muscle mass gains, and you will learn such techniques in my Massive Strength system. Workout plans that are strength oriented will build less overall muscle size, while bodybuilding programs designed to boost muscle mass do not produce maximum strength. The advantage of my system is that you will learn both muscle mass and strength based workout techniques, so you will not be left searching for answers regarding either specific goal.
Is MuscleNOW For Beginning
Or Advanced Bodybuilders?
Both! There are advanced techniques one can add to a weight training workout plan after gaining significant muscle mass, but 90 percent of weight lifters have yet to even progress beyond the beginner or intermediate stage due to improper bodybuilding diet and weight training principles. Remember, 10 years or more of weight lifting does not automatically classify an individual as advanced, since there are many who have only produced small gains in muscle mass despite weight training for a decade or more, making all of the years they spent unproductive due to workout and diet errors that have limited their progress. Such individuals are classified as virtual beginners to bodybuilding, and will produce impressive muscle mass gains once they begin following my proven MuscleNOW methods. Most unfortunately never reach a stage where they can truly classify themselves as an advanced weight lifter because they have been mistakenly following flawed diet and weight training principles for months or years, and I have assisted beginning, intermediate, and advanced weight lifters, all benefiting greatly from my MuscleNOW diet and weight training workout methods.
I Will Personally Teach You EXACTLY
How To Gain Muscle Mass Naturally!
Shouldn't I allow everybody to experience a long, grueling trial and error period similar to mine, finding through many mistakes, injuries, and layoffs how to properly eat and exercise for muscle mass gains? Since I personally felt the frustration stemming from poor bodybuilding diet and weight training workout methods, and fell victim to false bodybuilding supplement advertisements, I now wish to help those who are in a state of stagnation, confusion or who mistakenly trust bodybuilding supplements as the answer to a weight training and diet dilemma. We all deserve the advantage of knowing how to reach our ultimate bodybuilding goals without wasting time, effort, and money on foolish bodybuilding supplements! Nobody should ever have to do that.
Many variables compose a successful bodybuilding program, as it's not "find the right amount of reps and I'll get big.", but rather, the synergistic impact of multiple bodybuilding rules that lead to a muscular, defined physique. Don't be fooled by those who say that "heavy weights, low reps and lots of food will get you big!" Sure, that'll get you big -- big and fat! Recall my journey -- initially, at 16 years of age, I had a strong desire to pack on muscle mass, wanting to weigh over 200 lbs, but was starting at an extremely thin 130 lbs (height of 6'2"). After trying weight lifting and diet strategies that claim to build muscle mass, I gained 120 lbs, much of which was pure fat, and by learning what not to do, I worked my way out of nearly 30 percent body fat and, after many years of bodybuilding experimentation, into a muscular, ripped, vascular physique, with more muscle mass than most believe can be built naturally. If only somebody would have guided me to proper weight training and diet methods from the beginning (as I learned, both are equally important), I could have saved nearly a decade of bodybuilding experimentation, not to mention significant money that was wasted on so-called muscle building supplements that did not contribute to my muscle mass improvements.
What If I Just Want To Lose Weight
Without Building Muscle Mass?
At FatVanish.com I describe how my program will help those who just wish to lose weight and are not interested in building muscle mass, so please visit FatVanish.com for more information on weight loss and fat burning. But to quickly address those who wish to achieve weight loss without adding muscle mass, the program that I've designed is so flexible that you may use my Fat Vanish diet techniques to lose weight without building any muscle mass whatsoever, and in fact, can even avoid weight training completely if you wish, as my Fat Vanish diet is the only requirement for significant weight loss and body fat reduction. So, regardless of whether you wish to just lose weight without building any muscle mass (overweight with no desire for muscle building), or if you aim for significant muscle mass gains without any body fat loss (skinny and searching for muscle weight gain), or, alternatively, if you wish to gain muscle mass and burn fat (achieve both goals), you will learn all of the necessary techniques through MuscleNOW and Fat Vanish (both included as part of my IncrediBody Transformation Program). Even if your goal is simply to improve a couple of lagging, or sagging, body parts, I will provide you with all of the necessary exercise and diet guidance.
For those who are not looking to develop a bodybuilder physique, you have complete control with my revolutionary MuscleNOW program, as after achieving the degree of muscle mass that satisfies you, simply follow my MuscleNOW maintenance instructions so you can sustain your much improved appearance. As mentioned earlier, you don't need to produce a bodybuilder frame, and may even avoid building muscle mass, instead focusing on fat loss alone through my Fat Vanish diet methods, or you may aim for maximum muscle mass improvements with MuscleNOW, as my IncrediBody Transformation Program is designed to satisfy every muscle building (MuscleNOW), fat loss (Fat Vanish) or strength improvement (Massive Strength) goal.
What If I Can't Gain Muscle Mass
No Matter How Hard I Try?
Please don't think "I'm too skinny, and will never gain weight," or "I'm too fat, and will never achieve my weight loss goals," because in my own personal case, I was 130 lbs (before starting to gain muscle mass), and 250 lbs (three years later), so I've approached bodybuilding from both a skinny and overweight perspective. What I've learned during my bodybuilding pursuit is that proper diet and weight training workout techniques will help anyone, regardless of age (I started on my 16th birthday, while I've assisted others much older), weight, experience, gender, etc., to gain muscle mass, eliminate excess body fat, or increase strength (one, two, or all three of these goals). Remember, no steroids or bodybuilding supplements are necessary, as the proper weight training workout and diet program is the key to achieving your muscle building or fat loss goals. And don't worry, you need not endure lengthy, never-ending workout sessions, as results are contingent upon realism. We are all busy with work, school, family, etc, and an impossible to follow bodybuilding program is completely useless, regardless of how effective it may be. In fact, most have experimented with bodybuilding diet and weight training plans that are so time consuming and intensive that there is no other choice but to quit after only several workouts, as it's impossible to continuously tolerate long, torturous weight training sessions, hence no muscle mass is built. The good news is, shorter bodybuilding workouts are actually more effective than lengthy, seemingly endless bouts of training, so you can achieve excellent improvements in muscle mass without spending your life inside of an exercise room.
Throughout my quest to gain muscle mass, I wasn't interested in wasting time testing hundreds of bodybuilding strategies, as my only goal was to find the exact diet and weight training workout techniques that produced significant, consistent muscle mass gains. I did not have a comprehensive bodybuilding program available to me, so I had to piece together the proper weight training and diet methods, but many years later, I can thank God that perseverance led me to a worthwhile end, as I am now helping others to achieve dramatic, life changing results. Because I was able to achieve such impressive muscle mass improvements on my own body, I decided to help those who are confused with how to transform their physical appearance, specifically so that they can avoid the many mistakes and pitfalls I experienced throughout my lengthy bodybuilding journey. Thus, I produced a complete, easy to follow bodybuilding program called MuscleNOW that shows step-by-step exactly how to eat and train for tremendous gains in muscle mass, naturally, without bodybuilding supplements or steroids.

The step-by-step, easy to follow MuscleNOW bodybuilding program describes everything necessary to build muscle mass, regardless of how much you wish to gain, as I allow you to control the total amount of muscle mass built (up to your own individual genetic limits). This comprehensive muscle building system includes workout charts on which you can record weight used, reps performed, etc, and sample diet plans demonstrating all of my specific, step-by-step instructions on how to gain muscle mass naturally. You will finally learn the exact bodybuilding diet and weight training workout techniques necessary for natural muscle mass improvements, and by following my detailed recommendations, you, just like the many muscle building testimonial authors, will achieve the best results of your entire life.
MuscleNOW teaches you exactly what I have learned over my many years of experimentation in pursuit of gaining muscle mass, and any bodybuilder, beginning or advanced, who is confused, has reached a plateau, or needs to clear up unanswered questions regarding weight training or diet will find that the step-by-step MuscleNOW bodybuilding program eliminates all confusion by outlining the exact path you must follow to gain muscle mass naturally. In essence, MuscleNOW will save you time, effort, and most of all, frustration, allowing you to finally gain muscle mass weekly, without using any bodybuilding supplements or steroids.
In addition, MuscleNOW is very simple to read and comprehend, as during high school and college, nobody despised a poorly written textbook more than I, and through multiple edits and rewrites of my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program, I have produced a weight training workout and diet system that is not only simple to understand, but very easy to implement. MuscleNOW outlines, step-by-step, exactly how to eat and weight train for quick, consistent muscle mass gains, naturally, without any bodybuilding supplements or steroids.

You will learn the exact diet and exercise methods necessary for dramatic, natural fat loss, and regardless of whether or not you wish to gain muscle mass, you may follow my Fat Vanish weight loss diet and exercise plan to lose weight, improve health, define your stomach, burn fat from any area of the body, and enhance self confidence. My easy to follow Fat Vanish diet and exercise techniques are not only effective at burning stored body fat, but also help to improve long term health, so you will literally transform all aspects of your body by following my recommendations. Remember, you may follow my Fat Vanish weight loss diet techniques alone, focusing on fat loss without muscle building (for men and women who do not wish to weight train or build muscle mass), or you may pursue my Fat Vanish Toning Workout Plan to improve the shape and appearance of your body without significant muscle gain, for those who wish to avoid intense weight lifting, or, alternatively, you may embrace my MuscleNOW recommendations if you wish to build muscle mass (any level -- you decide!) and burn fat simultaneously. The choice is yours, as my IncrediBody Transformation Program is flexible enough to meet any muscle building or weight loss goal, and Fat Vanish is the most effective weight loss and fat burning program you will ever find. As mentioned earlier, FatVanish.com describes in great detail why my Fat Vanish portion of the IncrediBody Transformation Program is the most effective weight loss and fat burning method you can hope to find anywhere. Please visit FatVanish.com to learn more!

For those who wish to achieve incredible strength gains, I have included the Massive Strength workout plan which will teach you the exact weight training techniques to follow for amazing strength development. Those who play sports, work law enforcement, are in the military, or who simply wish to set personal strength records will greatly benefit from the Massive Strength system, which is designed to produce impressive, consistent increases in strength, without causing body fat to rise!

To ensure that you understand every detail of my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program, I'll provide Lifetime Email Personal Training through a special user code and E-Mail address, allowing you to send me (the author) any and all questions. I will personally respond to all of your inquiries, usually within 24 hours, and you can ask as many questions as you wish. For a limited time, this is included as part of the MuscleNOW bodybuilding program so that you are left with no unanswered questions regarding how to naturally gain muscle mass (using my MuscleNOW plan) or burn fat (with Fat Vanish). In essence, I will become your Lifetime Personal Trainer, making sure that you understand exactly how to eat and exercise for muscle mass gains, body fat loss or strength increase. Remember, this is truly a lifetime privilege, as I have customers who many years after purchasing MuscleNOW and Fat Vanish are still asking questions to this very day, and I always respond. You can be sure that every answer originates from me, the author, as I personally reply to all exercise and diet questions, because my goal is to help you achieve the best muscle building, fat loss or strength improvements of your entire life!
I'm offering you the ability to contact me with questions because I want you to stop wasting time and money on trash, and finally begin achieving all of your body improvement goals. Many simply email me for motivation, knowing that I have achieved the level of muscle mass that they are diligently working towards, and having the confidence that I am always available for assistance helps to promote strong, consistent, dedicated effort on the part of my clients. With the MuscleNOW bodybuilding program, you will no longer be left guessing, as I will always be by your side, ensuring that you are heading down the proper path towards dramatic muscle mass gains, naturally, without bodybuilding supplements or steroids.
Please note that although I am still offering Lifetime Email Personal Training for those who purchase MuscleNOW today, this offer will be eliminated for new clients when I am no longer able to devote my undivided attention to my current customer base, as I do not wish for my quality of service to decline, and therefore when I reach a level of questions that I feel is the maximum that I can confidently handle, I will no longer offer Lifetime Email Personal Training to future clients. Therefore, if you purchase today, you are guaranteed lifetime access to me as your personal trainer, where we will both work together to ensure that you finally begin building muscle mass consistently and naturally.

Everybody who purchases the MuscleNOW bodybuilding program will receive a lifetime subscription to the IncrediBody Member Online Gathering, an Internet web site where you can communicate with other MuscleNOW users, share recipes, and help motivate and inspire one another to remain consistent with my muscle building diet and weight training workout recommendations. One of the most common reasons why men and women fail to gain muscle mass is due to lack of accountability, and by starting a journal in the IncrediBody Member Online Gathering, other MuscleNOW users will have the opportunity to follow your progress, offer comments and suggestions, as well as encourage you to persist in your efforts, which greatly increases the likelihood that you will achieve all of your body improvement goals. I am currently offering lifetime and complete access to the IncrediBody Member Online Gathering to all who purchase the MuscleNOW bodybuilding program, which hopefully will encourage as many people as possible to “take the plunge” and begin to achieve amazing muscle mass improvements!

You will receive body fat measurement calipers with the IncrediBody Transformation Program so you can track changes to your body fat levels as you progress with my recommendations. Many of the calipers you will find on the Internet and in stores offer a special plastic "click" mechanism that registers when a reading is complete, and over time inaccurate measurements can develop as friction wears away the plastic hole. Conversely, the IncrediBody fat caliper is designed in such a way where no such risk exists, and therefore you can maintain 100% accurate readings.

Tracking progress accurately and regularly is the most important factor in determining proper food intake for consistent muscle mass gains, so in addition to providing you with body fat measurement calipers (see #6 above), I also include a retractable measuring tape so you can monitor changes in muscle mass as you follow my detailed MuscleNOW diet and weight training recommendations. The measuring tape offers a spring tension, allowing you to snugly grip each muscle group so that you can easily and quickly follow my measurement instructions; by doing so, you will ensure that food intake is correct for continuous muscle mass improvements.

An exciting and simple method for you to generate income while enhancing your physique! Once you begin following my MuscleNOW bodybuilding diet and weight lifting recommendations, others will notice your significant muscle mass gains, and inevitably ask you for specific exercise and diet advice. In response, simply send your friend or acquaintance to MuscleNOW.com and, if he or she pursues my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program, you receive a check for 20% of the purchase price! I send you payment at the beginning of each month for the prior month's referrals, and you will receive 20% of the price for each customer who purchases MuscleNOW due to your encouragement! You’ll find that the general public will begin asking you what weight training workout and diet methods you follow when they notice how much muscle mass you are gaining, and in response to their questions, simply send them to MuscleNOW.com (have them mention you when ordering, or you can email me with their name), and when they join, I pay you 20% of the purchase price. Obviously, with only five referrals, the program will pay for itself, and you'll then be earning significant profit just for sending those who are curious to my web site! It’s as simple as it sounds!

If for any reason you don't agree that the MuscleNOW bodybuilding program is all you will ever need to gain muscle mass naturally, simply return the program within 90 days and receive a 100% refund, no questions asked! But in addition, if you do not experience the greatest muscle mass gains of your entire life with MuscleNOW, return the course, and I will not only refund all of your money, but also pay the shipping charge for you to return the program to me! With this guarantee, you can read the MuscleNOW bodybuilding program, ask me unlimited questions via email, visit the IncrediBody Member Online Gathering and communicate with other MuscleNOW users, all for 90 days, and if you are not satisfied for any reason, return the program, and receive all of your money back. I set myself up to be taken advantage of with this type of guarantee, as I have individuals who have completely transformed their body in 90 days (see the muscle building testimonial section), therefore one could gain muscle mass, seek my email assistance throughout the 90 day period, and then return the program for a full refund, but I feel most people are honest, and when they begin achieving the best muscle gains of their entire life with my MuscleNOW bodybuilding methods, they will feel as if their investment was worth far more than what I charge (testimonial authors have mentioned this to me), because I finally solved the complex muscle building improvement puzzle.
Why Should I Begin Following The
MuscleNOW Bodybuilding Program?
I have essentially lived much of my life as a guinea pig, and in the process spent a large amount of money on bodybuilding supplements, muscle magazines, and books written by "bodybuilding experts". Although many Internet based businesses are well staffed, my brother Greg is my only business partner (he handles order fulfillment), and I have personally written both MuscleNOW and Fat Vanish, developed the web sites, purchased ads, and answer all MuscleNOW questions (through Lifetime Email Personal Training, included with my system), helping countless men and women around the world to finally begin gaining muscle mass consistently and naturally, without any bodybuilding supplements or steroids. With most of my time and money invested in this project, I obviously can't afford to provide this comprehensive and effective bodybuilding program for free, but am sure you'll agree that my asking price is beyond reasonable, especially considering all that you receive above, including unlimited lifetime email support direct from me, the author, and a 90 day, unconditional money back guarantee where you risk absolutely nothing to try my muscle building system.
I've invested a large sum of time and money testing worthless bodybuilding supplements, in addition to experimenting with numerous theories that claim to build muscle mass, so I have worked extremely long and hard finding an effective path towards impressive results. Other bodybuilding programs offer techniques that are ineffective, untested, or worse yet, unrealistic for any human to follow, and you may find others who charge by the hour for personal support, but I include Lifetime Email Personal Training with MuscleNOW to ensure that you achieve quick, consistent muscle mass gains, which finally allows your body to dramatically transform.

If You Do Not Gain Muscle Mass Weekly,
Then You Are Making SERIOUS MISTAKES
In Your Diet and Workout Plan!
If you are not able to measure improvements in muscle mass every seven days, then you must make changes to your diet and weight training workout program immediately! You may experiment for months or even years with techniques you find on the Internet or in bodybuilding magazines, hoping to finally locate a truly effective combination, and fail miserably due to the plethora of ineffective, dishonest, impossible to follow ideas and materials that plague the physical fitness industry. To provide an alternative to this grim reality, I have done all of the work for you, so allow me to become your coach; if you follow my personal game plan, you will look in the mirror and finally begin to see amazing improvements in muscle mass, and those around you will wonder how you were able to gain so much muscle mass in such a short period of time (visit the muscle building testimonial section for real world examples of this very phenomena). I am not referring to small changes, but rather a literal physical transformation, no different than my hundreds of testimonial authors who added more muscle mass than they ever expected was possible naturally.
We all know the current expense involved in bodybuilding supplements, with useless pills and powders costing hundreds of dollars per month, and millions of unsuspecting men and women who wish to build muscle mass buy them every single day. I'm sure you've paid a very high price tag for a "muscle building" supplement stack that had no effect; in fact, prior to purchasing my MuscleNOW program, a customer elaborated on his plans to spend $200 per month for a group of bodybuilding supplements (namely creatine and an "enhanced" andro derivative). If you are in this category, abandon the useless bodybuilding supplement temptation and address the true problem, which is your diet and workout plan, which MUST CHANGE! If you spend 4-6 months following the bodybuilding supplement industry, you'll notice that the same cycle occurs with every product -- it's released, hyped, and when sales plummet due to the public learning of its ineffectiveness, the bodybuilding supplement is then replaced by a "300% enhanced" version of the old product (and we all know a 300% increase of zero is still zero!). Please, ignore the bodybuilding supplement ads, as they are merely helping you to waste time and money.
In short, supplements that claim to build muscle mass are a quick road to bankruptcy, and those of you reading this page who have tried the latest bottled craze will definitely agree. To those who have not yet invested in such rubbish, don't, and if you do, I can guarantee that you'll one day re-visit this web site and wonder why you ignored my stern warning. Knowledge of how to eat and train is your gateway to building muscle mass naturally, and this is exactly what you receive with MuscleNOW, for far less than a needless, wasteful monthly bodybuilding supplement tab.
I receive emails from those who wonder whether the MuscleNOW bodybuilding program will be effective for their particular situation, as many who wish to gain muscle mass work long hours, others have access to limited weight training equipment, some are picky with the foods they agree to consume, etc, and many worry that my MuscleNOW program may not fit their specific situation, but they are forgetting the most important part of my offer, as I become your Lifetime Personal Trainer, meaning that after you read my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program, simply email me, and we will work together in making any necessary changes so that my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program recommendations will conform to your own individual set of circumstances. Whether you want me to design a specific diet plan using your personal food preferences, or institute workout plan modifications to fit your goals or limitations; no matter what your situation, through Lifetime Email Personal Training that you receive as part of MuscleNOW, I will personally be available at any time to ensure that you finally begin building an impressive level of muscle mass naturally!
Since I started offering my MuscleNOW bodybuilding program 16 years ago (in January of 1997), the hundreds of muscle building testimonials have convinced many who visit MuscleNOW.com that I run a very successful business, and this has compelled certain individuals to begin their own wide scale marketing ventures aimed at capturing the attention of those who are in need of muscle building guidance. Unfortunately, because some of these enterprising individuals do not have a sound moral compass, I've had to pursue legal action in response to those who took portions of my program, in violation of my copyright, and created web sites claiming to be muscle building experts, when they in fact were merely misleading unsuspecting visitors into purchasing a falsely promoted product.
This dishonest misrepresentation has occurred on multiple occasions, and is a sample of why so many are skeptical about investing in products advertised on the Internet, especially any that claim to assist in building muscle mass naturally. I even found a web site that plagerized from my "Thank You Jesus!" page, which was not only sad to see, but clearly illustrated the depths that Internet advertisers will reach to try and trick others into trusting their false promises.
In addition, I had a marketing expert contact me, asking whether I would offer 80% of my profits to him in return for instituting a wide scale advertising campaign filled with product bonuses, and when I declined, he mentioned how he would proceed with his plan using a different bodybuilder in my place. Obviously, by viewing muscle building web sites that have surfaced over the past few years offering countless bonuses, filled with pop-up ads, and trying to "upsell" you to a more exensive product as you make an effort to purchase, I see the very plan of this marketing maven unfolding in these other web sites, and this leaves me wondering how many legitimate bodybuilding programs are actually being sold on the Internet, as those that I have seen are clearly marketing ploys designed by professional advertisers aimed at taking advantage of those who are confused regarding how to gain muscle mass naturally.
In your search for an effective and truthful solution to building muscle mass naturally, please remember that I've not only been offering my MuscleNOW system for over 16 years, with hundreds of legitimate muscle building testimonials, but I have also honored my commitment to answer all customer questions through Lifetime Email Personal Training during this 16 year period, and will continue to do so. Long after other bodybuilding web sites disappear and leave their former customers scrambling for answers, I will continue to support my MuscleNOW clients in their quest for physical perfection, and I want you to become my next success story, as I am 100% certain that the muscle mass you gain by using my MuscleNOW methods will be better than anything you've ever experienced before.
If you decide to follow my potent MuscleNOW bodybuilding program, I am confident that you will not only gain muscle mass faster than you ever thought possible, but will want to soon refer all of your family and friends to my web site so that they also can begin to improve their appearance, health and confidence levels naturally. There is certainly no shortage of men and women who are in need of muscle building guidance, as most are not achieving anywhere near the type of muscle mass gains that are possible, but there are very few legitimate solutions on the Internet or elsewhere teaching the exact methods towards achieving natural muscle mass improvements, and so I am thankful to have been blessed with the knowledge to help others achieve their goals.
